The location is a great spot! It’s about a 15 minute walk from the church and rainbow road. There’s a variety of places to eat literally right next door or across the building with great variety. They offer parking in a garage which was what I chose instead of trying to find parking on the street. I was able to check in early as well. Very grateful for that because our flight landed very early and we were exhausted after our first tour. They have breakfast you can order brought right to the door which was fantastic after the first day since we felt a little lazy. Highly recommend. Very spacious, close to the city, parking available, and so on.

There was great communication with front office even before we arrived at location (by email) - response was always on time and with great information. Room clean Temp nice great experience.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment for our 3 day stay in Reykjavik. It was quite a large space, with a comfy pullout couch for our kids and a separate bedroom for us. Everything was very clean and nice. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the central location. It's very near the harbor and close to many of Reykjavik's attractions. It was truly lovely.

This is a fantastic location in downtown Reykjavík. our unit had a terrible smell in the bathroom (maybe a sewage valve) that didn’t get resolved while we were there. Our door handle was broken as well but would still lock. Other than these two issues, this a spacious and gorgeous unit. Perfect for a family.

Wow! This apartment hotel is fantastic - it far exceeded our expectations. Our accommodation was clean, well maintained and comfortable with a full size kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom. Lots of lovely features and extras including toiletries, coffee pods, dressing gowns ... The area is quiet and safe. Lots to do within walking distance - museums, the old harbour, shops, cafes, bars. And the pick up for any tours is a couple of minutes walk so very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was our first visit to Iceland, we plan to come back - and we will be using this hotel again. What a find!

Our flight was delayed so we arrived around 1 am. But our host was cheerful and patient. The property is pretty cutting edge. And lights can be managed from a single wall-mounted display. The bathroom has a heating rack for towels and a fantastic shower system. Great black out curtains, huge flatscreen TV, and very comfortable beds. Wish we had stayed there for our entire time in Iceland.

I never did understand the lighting controls. The sink design is modern but not so practical, and the shower sprayed water over a good portion of the floor. However, the mattresses and seating were comfortable. Pillows were insubstantial, and we ended up putting pillowcases on the living room cushions. The blackout curtains in the bedroom left about 5 inches of bright light coming in where they didn't completely close to the wall. Small things, but at our age and for the price we'd have gladly done without these minor annoyances.
