蘭斯站中心海港飯店(Hotel Porte Mars Reims Gare Centre Arena)

Molto delusi da questa struttura, lavori in corso in facciata, bagno in condizioni precarie, tende della camera non lavate da molto tempo, hotel in zona scadente, non lo consiglio, pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Bon accueil, bonne situation vis à vis des transports et du centre ville. La devanture a besoin d'un relooking car elle ne met pas en valeur la qualité de l'établissement.

The hotel is like a nicer version of a hostel. Spartan rooms, old bathrooms with rust, no ramp for luggage from the outside. It felt like an IKEA room. That said, it is close to the city and very clean with nice staff.

The hotel is very good located, next to a champagne cave and in walking distance to the city center. Our room was clean and bright, the interior was very pleasant (i love the cushions and the wall decor!). The bed was comfortable and the courtain kept the light out at night. It was very quiet. Also, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. This is an advantage when traveling with kids. The contact to the staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back and recommend Hotel Porte Mars.

This was an oversight stop over on the way back from skiing in the Alps. Although tricky to find on the SatNav as there is no drop off in front of the hotel, look out for the big public car adjacent and park first. The hotel is really well located within walking distance of the city centre with its restaurants and shops. Bilingual front desk staff were very helpful with advice after our late arrival and parking is free in the public car park at the weekends. The hotel rooms were basic, but clean with comfortable beds and sufficient towels for our four guests. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as the city centre eateries are a short walk through the Central Park, although be aware McDonald’s goes not have the same breakfast range as in the UK, so no hash browns! There is a handy champagne house right beside the hotel which offers tastings and shop and was open at 11am on Sunday morning…

Confortable, quiet, proximity with train station and downtown, place d'Erlon, Tram. It is a very warm place I recommend to visit Reims with proximity with a Champagne house. Get there and you'll appreciate it !
