This was our first stay at Homestead B&B (August 15-18, 2025). It will NOT be our last! Joe and David are phenomenal hosts, the accomodations and grounds are gorgeous, and their breakfasts are exquisite - often featuring ingredients grown on the property. In an industry where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Joe and David know how to take hospitality, comfort and guest services to the next level. We no longer have to decide on a place to stay when traveling to Rehoboth Beach. We will always come here!

The Homestead B&B is a little piece of Heaven in the middle of a beach town! It’s close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything you could want! But you won’t want for anything because this place has it all…pool, beautiful grounds, beach chairs and towels! The breakfasts are wonderful and so are the hosts! The best comment I could write is…as soon as I returned home, I booked it again!

It has been our second time staying at the Homestead B&B, which is indeed a home away from home, except … that everything is done on your behalf with an ease and friendly smile by the hostesses Joe and David to your satisfaction! The premises are well maintained and beautifully decorated. Breakfast menus are appeared in your mail box every evening with a homemade special for the next morning and a list of items to choose from to satisfy your dietary needs. And last but not least important thing is its location - about 15 min drive to any attraction at Rehoboth Beach or Lewes!

The guys that own it run a top notch facility. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable seating and sleeping areas. The pillows were better than my own at home and the sheets were soft and cozy. The shower was superb, nice strong water pressure. Made use of the fridge and Kurig coffee machine every day. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition. Did not get to use the pool but it looks beautiful! The breakfasts served each morning were delicious and they give you many items to choose from. Only 2 blocks off the main highway and a very easy commute into downtown Rehoboth Beach full of stores, restaurants and the beach of course!! Highly recommend this B&B for anyone wanting a quite stay at the beach away from all the traffic and noise.

The Homestead is a small and beautiful B&B which feels like a home from home. Our room was in the Carriage House, with a lovely sunny terrace. In addition we made use of the very comfortable lounge, which had extra supplies of coffee and lots of games. The pool is a real bonus, lovely to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Joe and David are very welcoming hosts and the check in process is very straightforward. They also provided a delicious breakfast each morning, with lots of variety on the menu.

This bed and breakfast is lovely. A wonderful breakfast is served every morning, ground are lovely and rooms are good size and clean. We will definitely visit again.
