Very nice very clean convenient location, recommend to all.

Fantatic experience. My family enjoyed every moment of our stay.

I asked for a bath tub due to a leg disability and was told they couldn’t accommodate my request as I booked through *******. They wouldn’t upgrade or downgrade me to a room. Just they won’t help. Ended up leave one day early because I couldn’t handle the pain in my legs and needed a tub. Ignore people and rude

I guess it had been a while since we were on Albert St. The neighbourhood was a bit dirty and sketchy. Our room had thin walls so it was noisy. The guests next to us left their dog alone in their room from 7 - 9:30 (at that point we complained to the front desk and then the guests came back). There were several bugs and insects in our room. Some of the things we liked - the bed was comfy, nice shower, nice TV, and a good area behind the hotel for dogs.

房間裡電視不能用 打電話給前台- “有人會起來”等了30 分鐘，然後去酒店酒吧接我的晚餐- 當然有人在我離開時來到我的房間- 回電話- 有人會起來...... 60 分鐘後有人來了- 美好的。 當我去取晚餐時，服務生大聲說你是嗎（說出我的名字），然後喊出我的房間#…我需要酒吧的顧客知道我的名字和房間#嗎？在這種情況下，難道就沒有專業和隱私了嗎？回到房間後，我的晚餐訂單不完整☹️

位置很好，現代化的設施，非常有禮貌的工作人員，錯過的一件事是淋浴間有大量黑色黴菌，我們在一樓，很安靜，很容易開車 也就是說，其他一切都很棒，我會回去

They gave me the worst room on the property!

Hot tub was out of order colder than the pool

First impression was that it was a nice property however when we got to the room it was staticly loaded everythingnwe touched gave us a shock found out that it was the duvet cover so we removed it with winter gloves that the shocks went through, we asked if there was a room that did not shock you with everything you touched and were told the whole hotel was like that . Then a cold draftwas coming from the windows (-27 outside) the big old picture windows hinged closing arm was open on the top wich is almost at the ceiling so we could not close it the maintenance man came in and closed it however the draft persisted because the seal ***** on the window was missing so we had to take towels to cover the window sill so our new born would not feel the draft and get sick.. will never go here again

The supper at London Belle was excellent. Breakfast was ok Rooms are very small, bathroom lighting is terrible, hair was left in the shower so cleaning not so great. That is how I rate the cleanliness.
