Breakfast is a but limited. No bacon with the nice egg station!

Booked our stay 5 months in advance for 4 adults and 1 child (age 17), and we were given a room with 2 queen beds. When I contacted the front desk around midnight after checking in to request extra bedding/maybe a rollaway, they said they didn’t have any but would call me back. Almost an hour went by, and I had to call them again. They explained that they do not have rollaways, but did have some inflatable mattresses. However, they are out of them. Requested extra bedding to essentially make a sleeping bag on the floor, and housekeeping brought 2 mattress pads. No sheets or pillows. When discussing this with the front desk the next morning, there was zero empathy and no rate adjustment. I contacted Marriott Bonvoy, who was able to assist me. The hotel was decent, and the area is very cute. Just can’t believe that they expected 5 full sized humans to share 2 queen beds. If I had booked a room with 2 queens, the price would have been almost $200 less! It’s never easy to find a room for 5 people, but you expect a place for all guests to sleep. would have been nice if they cared!

Buen hotel en magnifico estado. Habitacion comoda, en zona nueva de la ciudad con multiples restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas. El problema es el parking, no incluido en la reserva con un coste de 29$ mas tasas y servicio de valet. Hecho que conocia, pero el problemas es que en horas punta puedd tardar hasta 30 minutos en traerte el vehiculo.

Purchased a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch to accommodate my group. Even though I was required to pay extra money for this accommodation it was not fulfilled. The hotel offered an twin size inflatable mattress that deflated within 3 hours.

The staff was rude, unfriendly, and not courteous.

Property itself was great but I had an issue with ******* and the hotel which was not resolved and handled well

The hotel is nice and the service is okay. The air is controlled by motion detection. If there isn’t someone moving in the room, the air turns off.

Stay away.

Element was close to all the best restaurants and the baseball stadiums were only 2 miles away. Clean and large rooms. Tasty breakfast. Will stay here again

The valet only option is horrific when there is an event in town. We waited for quite a bit to get our vehicle parked. Once parked, we checked in, went up to our room only to realize it was not the room we booked and was not roomy enough for our family. Originally booked 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Got a king and a sleeper sofa that was not accommodating to my 6ft child. Called down to be moved and, yep, all booked up. Paid an exorbitant amount for this room and ended up sleeping on an air mattress.

Gave us a room that was not prepared. Dirty from previous guest and did not have two beds which we reserved. Able to give us an alternative room rather quickly. Valet service and app we were supposed to use to get our car in timely manner did not work. Employees were pleasant.

Valet and checkin were flawless, everyone was friendly and helpful, room was great, nice and clean, and the equipped kitchenette was a nice perk, especially if you had an extended stay. Complimentary breakfast could use a little work and the reason for not giving the property 5 stars.

Location was perfect. Super cute new area. Lots going on all day. Hotel was great. Great service. Check in was fast and efficient. Valet guys were great as well.

We booked for our 1 year wedding anniversary hoping to make this a yearly stay, not even a congratulations card , nothing was mentioned about it being our anniversary . One of the reasons we decided to book was the advertisement of “cooked to order daily breakfast “. To our surprise it was scrambled eggs and a dry sausage patty. Very disappointing as that is the main reason we stayed at this hotel and added additional costs to our trip. Staff was friendly and i did mention the false advertising to the front desk .
