Beautiful accommodations. Had a room with a balcony which was divine.

非常好的酒店，非常乾淨和專業，單獨的海洋生物的景色也很好。

Hidden fees not disclosed when booking. Like $31/day resort fee which is for Wi-Fi, access to pool etc. Not wanting to freshen rooms daily in the name of saving the planet. Valet $35/day when self parking is 20ft away.

I booked a 2 double beds room with marina view. The room is small and the faucet water pressure is very low. What I am disappointed is the hidden fees and the customer service. I booked the room with *******, it said no other fee if paid in full advance, so I did. However, I got charged of $133.90 when I checked out, so I called the hotel 4 times, and every one gave me a different answer. Finally, I had to call ******* to get my money back.

Craig at the front desk is a STAR! He took care of us. We went to the bar area about 8:00, having been told it closes at 9:00PM. Drinks were not cheap, but made well. at 8:45, I tried to get another round, no dice we are closed. The bartender looked like the waitress was calling the shots on closing. Craig was the front and confirmed open until 9:00, when I told him we refused service, he went to the their restaurant and got us drinks and carried them across the street.

I'm still waiting for my receipt from the hotel and still waiting for the tax exemption refund as a diplomat. I was told it will be evaluated and refunded which is unsual compared to my stay with different hotels in California and nearby states. Just a few things I didn't like: 1.) I was also told that the 27$ credit that ********** gave me as a VIP member goes to the resort fee which I didn't find in any fine print that you guys charge for resort fee. 2.) The room was neatly done but the bathroom specially the jetted tub (which we paid extra for) was dirty. There were hairs everywhere. 3.) The hotel don't process the diplomat tax exempt privilege right at the time they charge your card. So there may be a chance that they will deny you of the diplomat privilege and not refund anything after your check out. I'd say the staycation was okay. The staff were all really nice the interiors of the hotel is beautiful. Its just the way room was advertised online hyped us up but didn't really look like it in person. Couldn't appreciate the oceanfront view with seawall right in front our bedroom. It didn't feel like worth the price. But we liked the peace and quiet time.

not what you’d expect to get for what you pay for. The room was hot, it was humid. linens were dirty, bathroom was old looking and very small. Surrounding area was nice, every elegant looking so you’d assume the hotel was the same: not at all. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful location in the marina - great views of the boats on one side and the ocean on the other. Rooms are very pretty and the lobby bar is beautiful. Huge windows, fireplace and very friendly bartender. Restaurant across the parking lot is great for drinks in the evening and an amazing breakfast in the morning.
