Cannot fault, very welcoming and very nice area to sit outside and have drinks, would also say that the staff over at the hotel, will help in anyway, my daughter left her teddies in the room and only realised once we got home, I rang the hotel and they very kindly sent them back to us, would stay here again

We stayed here is my wife’s parents are now in an old folks home very near to the hotel. We stayed in one of the double rooms, which is true to the photos you see on this site. The room and bathroom are both done out very well and this place is great for a stay of a few nights. The bed is comfortable, although quite a high to get into, double wardrobe with hanging space and plenty of tea and coffee with the kettle etc. A major selling point is Ali, who is a family member of the hotel owners. He could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately, I have to use a walking stick and Ali would not hear of us carrying our cases up or down the stairs, even coming out to the car park to collect things for us. As we live in Spain, we will be using this place every time we return to the UK to visit my wife’s parents.

Myself and my Husband got married at the Southcrest one year ago today. We went back to enjoy our first anniversary there. We were pampered, enjoying the hot tub sauna and had full body massages! Relaxation it what we needed! It was lovely to be back and bring back all the memories and excitement from our wedding day! Another couple were also tying the knot which was lovely to watch as they entered their life as a married couple! It was absolutely amazing to be back and felt really looked after, all the staff remembered us and made us feel super welcomed and commented about our wedding day! It was definitely one to remember pumpkins galore and zombie actors to give our guests a fright! We soon realized that our room was upgraded, and had treats and rose petals spread out on the bed, and a Anniversary card. This made our day! The three course meal was delicious and the cocktails wasn't bad either! really lovely to be back and relive the excitement and butterflies. Kay and the team are real super stars, can't wait to go back soon! We've booked for the Santa breakfast!
