Basketball hoop & kids' playground.The Guest House one-room studio (576 sq ft) is a comfy yet classy space to land, with a Queen bed and two Queen pull-out sofa beds for up to 6 guests. Additional 3 inch memory foam mattress toppers are included to make sleeping on the sofa beds more comfortable.A large flat-screen TV (streaming only - no local channels) and comfy couches and chair make the space a great place to hang out.The mini kitchen comes equipped with a 3/4 sized fridge with freezer, microwave, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, toaster and hot water kettle for tea. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There are no cooking facilities--no stove or cooktop.The bathroom includes a large shower with shower head plus a hand-held sprayer, and comes fully stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.Guests with small children can use the playground right outside the guest house.
