We loved the excellent food and a**osphere in the restaurant- we loved the ****** and the entertainment in there and the staff were very friendly and accommodating It was a very enjoyable relaxing getaway

I was in town for almost two months doing some local business. I stayed as I had my pets and did not want them to move around a lot. I meet many guests during my time there I think they share my sentiments. The front desk staff there are about two nice ones and the rest of them is like rude mean girls club where their answer to anything is no and they act like you they need to be security and scrutinize their guests in bad ways, Irish in particular treated many guests horribly including myself. Then on the opposite, in the lounge, the restaurant the staff were incredible. Led by Deb, Shaina and the others are amazing!! and do what they can to accommodate a guest, but front desk watches them too. Rooms are nice, pool was broken and lots of construction but nice place to stay once you get past the front desk folks. There was two nice ones Steff and a dark haired guy. I understand good help is hard to find but I dont think they do themselves any favors with Irish dealing with customers, I heard complaints from the bar to the gym about her and witnessed it with others and myself. I spent a lot of money between bar, restaurant, hotel and clothes shopping in their boutique, its a shame I have such a bad feeling leaving due to front desk. Go eat and drink there, its lovely and so is the pool when it works. They should hire the lounge staff for front desk and this place would be perfect. I dont understand how folks with no customer service skills are the face of a otherwise good plac

Was awoken to the smell of cigarette smoke around 1 o’clock in the morning it persisted heavily until about 4:30 AM. The helpful manager did have a financial answer to the problem, but it still ******. Was unable to sleep well at all.

A great hotel to stay at. ****** is wonderful. Dining is great! Could use an extra elevator maybe as the wait times can be a bit much but a wonderful facility. Rooms were clean. Beds are comfy.

There is not enough parking for hotel guest as well as the ****** and event centre. Front desk told us to come back in 15-20 minutes and maybe they’ll be a spot. Parking lot was a joke, both the establishment and City of Red Deer should be embarrassed. People parking on curbs, in front of hydrants, blocking off row exits. People had to drive over the curbs and sidewalks to get onto the street. Rooms are dated compared to the pictures posted on the website. Door to rooms are more of a closet door. Could hear all hallway noise and see the lights from the hallway all around and underneath it. We had kids running up and the halls, banging on doors. Not a pleasant experience from what the website displays.

The hotel is nice, the food in the restaurant is very good. The rooms are… our room smells of sewage. At first I wondered if it was just our room but we checked the restrooms in the public area and they all had the same unpleasant odour. If you can get past the smell of feces the rooms are average and serviceable. The pool closes at 10 which seems a tad early but the ****** is open if you are looking for something to do. We would have preferred to stay in the hot tub later but what can you do. All in all, outside of the smell issue, this is a decent place to stay for the price.

We stayed here because I had a leadership training seminar. We were treated very well. Nice place to stay. We stay here for sure once a year because we have our AGM here.
