Had everything except an iron and an ironing board,
But they did have a clothing steamer so I guess that may have worked ..🤔

I stayed here for a self-cation. It was literally surrounded by a mall. There were so many shopping and dining spots around. The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. Check-in took like two minutes and the staff was friendly. I would definitely book here again if I'm back in the area.

No irons in the rooms. Got one from the front desk, the ironing board was broken. Said they don't keep them in the room because people steal them.
They don't service your room unless you request it. We requested it and the only thing they did was drop off bathroom towels
Didn't make the bed or clean the room.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean and new and was very secure. Location was easy to get to and had good resturants nearby. Our only complaint was the food bar on 7th floor. We went there for breakfast and found the selection of food minimal. There was cereal in a cup with no milk to be found. One muffin and over ripe fruit. They had coffee with no cream. It is such a shame that this beautiful had to cut corners like this.
