I booked a room that ******* listed as having two beds; however, there was only one king bed. The hotel informed me that this is *******'s mistake, as this room never had two beds. ******* needs to update their description of the room so avoid confuion.

Overall I’m pleased, the staff was accommodating and eager to help. I can see that the facility at one point in time was luxury but it’s dated now. Especially the old abandoned pool which was next to the room I rented. That needs to be fixed, it’s an eye sore.

Beautiful property. We were looking for a place to relax with gorgeous views and we found just that. It was quiet and the lemon and orange trees were just beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the tub with bath salts was a great add. Loved our stay here. The road getting up to the hotel was closed due to a tour bus going off the road, so we needed to find another route up, but we managed.

Es una opción perfecta para quienes quieran descansar!!! tienen las comodidades para que tu estadía sea perfecta, el desayuno exquisito, el personal del hotel muy amables, cordiales, siempre con una sonrisa. Mi estadía fue muy cómoda y grata. El día que me iba se preocuparon por preparar una colación ya que mi vuelo era temprano.

Staff was very friendly! The room and it’s balconies were beautiful with an amazing view. They even gave us a breakfast to go since we checked out very early to get to the airport.

The view from the property is amazing. Great location, room was spacious. The town Ravello is also worth seeing, great little town on top of the world.

Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to other travellers. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Ravello and in fact I wish I had stayed here longer rather than at other towns along the Amalfi coast.
