The service at this location was helpful. With a little extra fee we were able to check in early which was a lot of help as we had a memorial to get to by 3pm. However, it was an older location, and although the style of the room has been updated, it still feels run down. The curtains had some strange white stains splattered on them, the sheets and towels all had stains on them (past their prime), and we had to kill a couple roaches in the bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. The bed was worn and really struggled to sleep. For paying over $100, I really was hoping for a little more even if this is just a bare minimum place. Regretted not spending a little extra to stay at a different hotel.

For a non smoking hotel, there had definitely been someone smoking in the room we had. From trying to find another hotel, it was almost impossible since there was a giant sport tournament in town and everything was full or extravagant. The building was definitely older and need of some repairs. At least the sheets were clean and we only spent the one night. Killed two bugs on arrival and this was an upstairs unit.

Had bed bugs in three different rooms. Had to move rooms during the middle of the night. Then I go told I couldn’t receive any compensation.

The staff was fabulous and if I were her I’d go to a nicer hotel to work, she had way too much class for this hotel! but The place is too noisy, walls too thin! You will not sleep if the room next door has someone in it! Period!!!

I feel bad leaving such a negative review because the lady at the front desk was very nice. Our first room smelled like pee and cigarettes, so we were moved to a new room. The second room was much cleaner, but it was next door to people who were openly doing illegal substances. They had a crowbar and paraphernalia in and outside of there their open door. I did not feel safe, but was unfortunately unable to find a room available at any of the surrounding hotels. I will definitely spring for a nicer hotel next time.
