威斯汀牧場夢幻高爾夫度假村及水療中心(The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa)

Business trip turned pleasure trip. Decided to join my spouse for his business trip near Palm Springs. I was looking for a hotel with clean rooms, that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa went way beyond what I was hoping for. Friendly and helpful staff, bar with live entertainment, game room, miniature putt putt, and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Offered the needed security for work vehicle. Enjoyed daily walks on the property. luxury rooms fix for two guest with sliding glass doors to open patio with sitting area. Restaurant food was exceptional, however limited selection and expensive (don’t forget to mention daily room discount like we did). About 30 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 mins to multiple shopping and food locations. A true 5 Star hotel!

The staff was great, but the property is definitely old. There was also a terrible sewer odor that you had to pass to get to the pool every day. Towels at the pool were dirty and tattered. We stayed in an executive suite that wasn’t facing the golf course. We asked for an upgrade and they would not waive the $150 additional fee to face the golf course although the resort was virtually empty. We ended up paying approximately $650 a night for a very old rundown property. We will be moving on and looking for a better Palm Springs resort.

Service ******! Had to go up to the front desk twice just to ask for clean sheets for our room.

This hotel is beautiful. Nice amenities. Comfortable bed. Its very close to Agua Caliente ****** that we went to see a concert at. And went back the next morning to go to the Steakhouse Sunday brunch which was fabulous. The hotel had wonderful areas to sit when you get back for a cocktail if your not ready to retire to your room. This was an adult trip. But we all said if you have kids boy do they have alot of stuff for families to do. Great place to stay..and Im retired and travel alot.

The staff was great. The property needs a major renovation. Our room looked old and the dust in some areas was piling up. Our first night my son went to the bathroom and found a cockroach on the sink. This is not what a 4 star property looks like.

Stayed at the Westin with my family of 7! The amenities were awesome! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Heavenly beds were heavenly!! The arcade and water slides were a hit with our children! Will definitely stay here again!

Big family resort. Rooms are large. Everything is quite dated. Our beds were not properly made the first night. No mattress cover and mattress was showing. We complained and they rectified and gave us room credit. Expect a somewhat dated resort but we liked it and would stay there again at the right price
