The place is new so it’s really clean. Ambiance is great. The room is pretty big, comes with a couch.
The location is great, near Victoria Gardens-outdoor mall. And lots of places to dine!
The only con: breakfast was not so great! There were a few choices to choose from only.
However, overall, a great place to stay! 4/5 for me!

Property good Food good. But there was a new guy that acted like he owned the Hamptons and knew nothing about ADA. Charged me 150 for service dogs

The hotel had an ant problem. We woke up covered in ants and when they moved us to a different room we found ants in the bed as well as crumbs. The staff did nothing to refund our stay at all.

A one night stay, less than 24 hours. They put me in a room with an ADA handicap chair in the bathtub. This chair was adhered onto the bathtub with screws & the screws were tightened so much it created holes in the bathtub, the chair was hanging off the side loose as soon as I had checked into the room. In order to shower, since I do NOT need ADA assistance, the chair was moved out of bathtub so I could shower. They tried to charge me three fifty for damage to the bathtub that I did not do. Unbelievable how ridiculous this was handled. Manager was extremely rude, arrogant and not helpful whatsoever. Will NEVER stay there again.

From the warm greeting I received when I checked in at the front desk, to the courtesy extended to us from the ladies cleaning our room, our stay has been the next best thing to being “at home!”
