I left to a different hotel after one night. It was depressing. The walls are a brownish color and the flooring is old. The fridge didnt work, even after i had maintenance come, in which he stated that the temp knob had previously been broken. The pop machines were antiquated, and i just wanted a cold drink. The jetted tub i had paid extra for ahot water up to the ceiling and soaked the bathroom so i had to use the towels to dry it and give up. The walls were paper thin and it was difficult to relax because i could hear the neighbors carrying on and then figa'cmhting. Sleep was elusive. I packed up in the morning and checked out. I dojt know how it got positive reviews. Other people were at the desk complaining as well that things didn't work.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a total of 9 nights here. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was very quiet which we appreciated. The housekeepers were very attentive, as we saw them cleaning every day. We had a king sized bed which was very comfy. The pool was always clean. The only issue we had was that the wi-fi would disconnect constantly, and when it was connected, it was very slow.

Staff very friendly and helpful .Breakfast is a buffet really good selection.Room,bed and pillows comfortable and clean.Check out is noon thats a big plus. Hotel is located near plenty of restaurants, shopping, Victoria Gardens (outside mall) I do recommend here to stay.

Came to California to visit my sister. Sisters I have never been at this hotel before and I found it to be quite comfortable. Breakfast is amazing they have everything you need and I love love that it goes till 10 o’clock since I am not an early bird I recommend this highly to anyone price is good to.

Nice spacious room. Clean and well stocked room. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. So cool that they make change for the laundry room. Walking distance to restaurants. The ground maintained well. Would be nice if they heated the pool.

It was very nice staying here. My room was very clean. Room had a lot of space. I did not have a good view from the window. I was on the second floor. The breakfast every morning was very good. I have stayed at this hotel many years ago. It is just as nice now as it was then. I loved my stay there. I would stay there again if I need to next time I'm visiting Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Rude staff and old outdated rooms are never a good combo! Their gym is absolutely horrific, it is like a 25 sq foot room and literally had 3 ancient machines. Don’t even waste your time seeing if they work. The couch in the room was not clean and the overall aesthetic of the entire facility was screaming “please update me!” It boggles my mind that they charge $150 as their incidental fee when hotels far superior in every way have a $50 hold fee. Oh, and can’t forget a random “worker” walking in our room with knocking or announcing themselves farrrrrr before check out time. Can’t make this stuff up! The positives were that the location of the hotel was good as it is around a lot of shoppes and restaurants. Surprisingly, with all the negatives leading up, the breakfast was better than expected and had a respectable amount of options considering it’s a hotel & it’s complimentary. Will NEVER stay here again though, even after they update their furnishing/paint and establishment.
