Me and my 8yr old daughter had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The room was very clean and the rest of the hotel was also. Very modern and the restaurant onsite is very convenient. We will stay again for sure!!

This was our first time at this hotel and my overall thoughts are great. The service, room, and amenities were awesome. The only thing that wasn't great was the strong smell of urine in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed in the nicest room available 7001, which was the king suite, for our anniversary. We paid a little more than normal because we wanted to do it nice. When we arrived, we found leftover pizza in the fridge from a previous guest and bugs on the floor. Later that night, when we tried to use the jet tub in the bedroom, the jets didn’t work. We paid extra for a 5 star experience and maybe got a 3 star at best.

Me and my friend had an amazing stay. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. From all the front guest service staff (wish I would had remembered all their names)with their kindness and patience and helpfulness especially Aakif who had such a welcoming and friendly attitude. I also would like to mention Ashley with her spirited attitude and friendliness. The morning breakfast and dinner staff and bar I would like to also commend for their over all friendliness and hospitality. Please check out the lemon pepper chicken wings ooh so delicious kudos to the chefs because my breakfast and dinner was amazing. Thank you all. Will be coming back

This was a honeymoon and YOU GUYS MADE IT EVEN MORE SPECIAL. You allow chocolate covered strawberries (as requeted and paid for) to be placed in the room before the couple arrived. Thank you for everything!

They required a $30 dollar deposit in case you ordered food or bought snacks. I would rather just pay for what I order or buy. Found this ridiculous and unnecessary!

Easy check in. Clerk was not clear about the breakfast buffet being pay for food but the clerk on duty took care of it. Great customer service!
