My #3 time stay and I love it

The service was well, we stayed for four nights. The only few problems we had were that the showers leaked a bit and nobody came to change our towels and wash clothes out the third day. Other than that most of the staff was friendly.

No breakfast just coffee in the lobby. Room was very clean. Enjoyed my stay.

I have a very bad hip and is going in for a hip replacement. On my arrival at the property, I was told the elevator was not working and that it been out for almost 2 week!!! I asks for a first floor room and the man at the fount desk was very rude and told me that I had to go on the third floor!! It was very painful to negotiate all the stairs to my room! and the breakfast was limited to almost nothing! WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Arriving late in the day - went to check in - there were 3 to 4 men sitting in the front office area. That was a little concerning. When we went to our room - it was dated and looked unkempt. I grabbed the ice bucket and went to get ice. The room was right next to ours. When I went in, there was a young man sleeping on the floor with his belongings in a pile next to him. Yes! I was shocked - I backed out and asked my mate to get ice from another ice dispenser. I felt unsafe from that point on!

Todo estuvo perfecto , excepto por la limpieza de la bañera ya que tenía cabello de otras personas en las paredes. Y al momento de hacer el check - in me cobraron un depósito que espero que sea devuelto en pocos días.

Check in was 3:00. We arrived at 3:30 and could not get in room until 4:30. This made us late for our show.

I have stayed here several times and every time is a very good experience. Especially the guy on the front desk in the mornings. He always has a smile. He’s always friendly and he’s always working.

I liked it was clean quite for now the toilet paper holder was broke but that ok for me it look like they had some water damage on the 2nd floor
