羅利北山希爾頓飯店(Hilton Raleigh North Hills)

It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

I had a great time in the hotel. The surrounds felt safe and I had a good time meeting new people.

Staff was great! Pool was dirty, no towels. We paid for a king. Got a queen. The restaurant downstairs was understaffed and severely overpriced. I would go back if I had to. But I would not choose to stay here again.

Great area. Room was nice but did smell like smoke but i didn't have the energy to ask for a room change. The hotel has everything you need, food, drinks and more.

The bathroom was not the cleanest. The door to the bathroom looked like it had severe water damage from months/years of water from the shower water hitting it or the bathtub being overfilled. The door will eventually just disintegrate if not replaced. Furniture in the room was outdated. Lots of loud music and yelling in the halls at night, making it hard to sleep, I was in town for testing and really needed to sleep. The breakfast is over priced. 18$ per person for a basic continental hotel breakfast and if you choose to order individually it's even more expensive. Not worth it. I would not stay again.

The pool was super dirty and my kids had a reaction to It and the beds were not comfortable at all. We were charged $15 over what our meal was priced and when asked why It was different the lady laughed. First and last time we stay here.
