Fraudulent charges for smoking We are being charged $300 for "smoking in room". My husband and I did not smoke in the hotel room. I've tried calling multiple times to get this matter cleared up and charges reversed. Hotel manger is not returning calls and conveniently unavailable to answer the phone. Ive also filed a complaint with corporate headquarters for hilton. We had some maintenance issues during our stay. Closet door would not open and bathroom door was broken. Two maintenance personnel were there to fix said problems. Housekeeping was also in room during our stay. If we had been smoking any one of those 3 people would have said something to management on our first day at hotel. Since we did nothing wrong we had nothing to hide. It was only after we checked out that the smoking charge was applied to my card. Housekeeping also came by the morning we were leaving. We told them we would be out of the room by 9:45am. So multiple employees came to our room during our stay. Never once did we smoke and are now being charged for smoking. There was an event being held at the hotel were other people were outside smoking in designated areas.

Lovely lobby area and bar. It's open with high ceilings and modern. Complementary cocktail coupons upon check-in. The complementary breakfast offered an omelet station, oatmeal, cereal, juices, and a nice dark roast coffee option. Our double-queen suite was clean and in good condition. The towels were a little rough feeling, but it's probably due to the heavy detergent. I am already planning my next stay.

5th time staying at this hotel! Check in was super easy, quick and nice! Friendly staff!!!

Customer service and amenities were excellant. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The one negative was the indoor pool was closed.

This hotel experience was the best I’ve ever had it was way better than expected even for the price it was.
