OUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. 'tHERE ARE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS: 1. Because my husband is an amputee, we asked for a handicap equipped room. However, the toilet was not handicap status and was very difficult for him to use. 2. When we were preparing to leave, we were unable to procur a luggage cart and had to haul all our luggage to the car. Otherwise, we were very pleased and will be making reservations for the Christmas holidays. Sincerely, Ellen Byrum

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.

They do not clean rooms until you have stayed for 3 days which is ridiculous!! Had to call to get trash & dirty towels taken out and have some clean towels brought. Bathroom door would not shut. Lamp shade was hanging wampsided, needed another lamp in room. Hallway carpet nasty, needs replacing. Would not recommend at all.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. After I booked through ******* I learned they have a policy to not rent to anyone who lives within 30 miles. We live about 25 miles away but need to stay in Raleigh a few days. They called me to ask where I lived. After explaining they made an exception. If this is the rule ******* should not list this hotel as a viable option for people in the area. It all worked out. It was not a good way to start off the day of your planned break with a call about where I lived!.

I didn't get to stay. I booked the room and then had an situation where I needed to cancel but because I chose a non-refundable room, I wasn't able to get my money back so I paid for a room I didn't say in. Just need to be more careful of who I purchase my room from.

Always have a great experience with Comfort Inn haven't had any complaints yet, the staff is always very helpful, some more than most when it comes to information needed, and pointers on where to get food around the area. Greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.
