Incredible time at the Marriott. Perfect location, by the mall. Free parking. Close to many shops and restaurants, and only a 10-15min, no traffic-drive into downtown. It was perfect. Thank you!

This was one of worst hotel stays I ever had I had my lights go off and on for two days and the next thing that happened I had to call the police because someone was outside 2:30 in the morning yelling and woke Me up and I had to be on my way home at 6:00 am never again for me.

The property said that they had a pool which they didn't. The bar wasn't open the hours they said they would be and the power went out completely in my room

For the price, No complimentary coffee, no extra wash clothes, super thin walls, room stay was not all the way clean.

Staff were nice. Had to call to get housekeeping to come up to change linens and empty trash. They did not come in and clean one day and we were there for 5 nights. Nice lounge area with comfy chairs. Clean gym.

everything nice. Whenever coming to Raleigh this is where I stay. Last time stayed had a problem with mattress on bed. The issue was quickly taking care of.

There was a big backlog when I came to check in. Only one person at the desk. They had to find someone else. Took too long to get up to my room. I was also confused why they had to have a credit card on file for incidentals. I had just stayed at one in Salisbury Maryland two days before and they did not ask for a credit card. You would also think that more expensive rooms would be for the end of the hallway. Not by the noisy elevator. The bathroom is also a bit poorly laid out. The shower door opens into the toilet. Seems dangerous. Also, the bed faces the window which is not great for sleeping in. The walls are also a bit fan. Someone in the room next-door was choking to death or something and I had to listen to that for 20 minutes. Maybe they can’t handle their puff puff . But it was an excellent location right by the mall. Very convenient.

Rude front desk. Didn’t provide solutions or give me explanations. They just can't do anything and hang up the phone instead

No coffee for the room. Shower was terrible. Left phone in lobby and someone stole my cash from the case. No breakfast. Starbucks expensive
