「The room was clean, and the condition of the facilities was also good. The staff was friendly. I think the food menu is almost the same as other Tanoa hotels, and I basically didn’t find it very tasty. There weren't many options for food at the buffet breakfast.」

「The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was great however I did see the white sheets were not as clean at all. I advised the staff to clean my room when I came back to the room I could see that they only made the bed but the same dirty sheets were used they did not even change the sheets so that was very disappointing. What also was disappointing, I ordered a Veg Pasta on one of my nights for dinner and within 5 mins I called upon the staff to advise that the Veg Pasta was not great at all however no apology or acknowledgement was made. They didn't even offer to make another dish for me or compensate another dish for me instead they charged me the whole amount which I paid for. So that was disappointing. The rest of the stay was great no issues」
