BIG4 微風假日公園 - 彩虹海灘營地(Big4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Rainbow Beach)

+ Joli complex en bord de mer. Bungalow spacieux et très confortable. L’espace entre chaque bungalow apporte une certaine intimité. Laverie à disposition - assez éloigné de la ville (40 minutes à pied) donc nécessite un transport personnel ou alors possibilité de louer des vélos Aucune supérette ou magasin à proximité. Un seul restaurant dans le complex mais fermé le dimanche à 15h pour ne réouvrir que le mardi matin. Donc si comme moi vous êtes là le week-end ça devient compliqué.

Very poor accounting. Watch closer on your credit card . They might charge you again. Get refund is very difficult too. I am still waiting for my refund.

Condition of park excellent, we stayed in a cabin, the people next door locked their dog inside while they went out, dog barked continually, the people across had a big dog, they kept it inside while they mainly spent their time outdoors, our broom was full of dog hair.

Would not recommend this property for the cabins and the price that goes with them. The beds were in such poor condition in our cabin every time you moved they squeaked, the mattress also very worn and uncomfortable, all Resulting in very poor sleep. When I mentioned this upon check out I didn’t get an apology just “they’ll get someone to look at it”. Also wouldn’t recommend for couples without children. Kids everywhere, screaming and yelling until late at night and starts again early in the morning. Waking up to a screaming child having a tantrum in the next cabin (all windows and doors shut), is not what a couple on holiday desires (especially after a terrible sleep). Would recommend to people in a family though as facilities are good and is a very “family orientated” property. I personally won’t be back, don’t ask for much for over $100, just a good sleep.

We got the cheapest room and got what we paid for. I didn’t expect too much for the price but the room smelt of cigarettes. It was awful. Possibly if we had paid for one of the more expensive rooms it would have been better but I would never go back there again.

It was a stopover for us so was perfect having a clean cabin, a bit older and far way out from Rainbow Beach -cafes shops.Lots of midges so take your Bushmans !!!

Very friendly & helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. I have back issues, so this was a pleasant surprise.

The bungalow was clean and well presented with the essentials for a coffee in the morning. Yes I will stay again . David
