We stayed just two nights but wished it had been so much longer. This is a really special place in one of the most beautiful locations in Europe. We were very warmly greeted. We arrived before 10am and did not expect our room to be ready but we were welcome to use the pool and spa and we had a lovely lunch and sat in the shade of the olive trees just drinking in the incredible views. Our room was a delight, a large suite with a terrace overlooking the pool and it even had a small garden around the side where we spent most of our days just chilling under the trees reading. The room had a good sized living area a very comfortable bed, great aircon and a huge bathroom with a really big tub and a massive rain shower. Very high ceilings and lovely traditional furniture. We ate lunch and dinner in the Tramontana restaurant as we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave and we were so glad we did. The food and service were both wonderful. This is now in my top three hotels in the world and we have stayed in hundreds of great places. It is a true haven of quiet beauty and tranquility. We are really looking forward to many return visits.

A clean hotel in a great location. Half-board dinner and breakfast with plenty of choice for food. I'm very pleased that they had lactofree milk and cheese. Live food stations at both breakfast and dinner. Drinks were reasonably priced. There are 3 pools with plenty of sun loungers at each. People were not putting towels down to reserve a lounger. Evening entertainment was decent, we were out during the day so did not experience the day time pool activities. The beach is a 2-5min walk away. There are supermarkets a few doors down and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our only disappointment was that the room was not cleaned on the first day, and when it was cleaned the bedsheet smelled damp. The hotel have a good scheme, if you sign up to not having your room cleaned everyday, they credit you 15 euros for each day. This money was deducted from our final bill and essentially paid for our drinks. It would be great if they could put a kettle and Two mugs in the rooms. We bought our own from here to take after reading on other reviews. We would definitely return to this hotel.

I've just returned from a 5 day, 4 night solo trip here and was really impressed! As a solo female traveller, I was looking for an adults only stay that was peaceful, safe, relaxed, close to the beach & with a lovely pool, and the hotel really delivered! On arrival the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms and other areas are spotlessly clean. The pool area has a very relaxing and calm feel to it, with a peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect atmosphere to relax in. There's the option to order drinks and food from the bar which I thought were very reasonably priced, these can be brought to your lounger or you can grab a table. Other guests were also polite and respectful which is always lovely. The breakfast area was so spacious, with indoor and outdoor seating, options for hot food E.g English breakfast/fry up, continental breakfast or fruit, cereal and pastries. Lots of juices, choice of breads etc. The selection on offer was very tasty and nourishing and coffee is made to order which gives that personal touch. My room was spotlessly clean, overlooking the front of the hotel, the maid service was also very thorough and said hello every morning. Bed I found very comfy and there is a choice of pillow service at reception. Air con in rooms and enough storage. There are TVs with Netflix, so it was great to enjoy a late night series after a long day at the beach. Staff were lovely and particularly helpful booking me a transfer to Palma airport via taxi when my previously booked coach transfer fell through. There is a supermarket opposite for essentials like water, snacks, cold drinks for your room. Fridge in room was great. There is an Aldi about half a mile walk away if you need anything further or want to keep costs super low. Location wise, this part is quite a touristic area but it's peace and tranquility as soon as you step in the hotel. You also have the benefit of being 5 mins walk from the beach! A few tips - you can walk along the beach to the port and there are plenty of options for dinner there. I loved C'an Punyetes tapas restaurant here, amazing service and food. The old town is also about a 35 min walk away so I went here another night for delicious tapas at Sa Portassa but I'm sure you can get a bus or taxi too. I did note a couple of things - like other previous reviewers on here have noted there is not so much privacy in the bathroom area, as the loo and shower share a door, but as a solo traveller this didn't bother me, if I was travelling with a future partner it probably would! There was also a problem with water running down off the shower door but I just cleaned this up with a towel each time. Other reviewers mention noise from cleaning from 8am but sound does carry in corridors and they have to do their jobs so this didn't bother me. Overall I was really impressed by this hotel and will return as soon as I can! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We have just returned from this amazing hotel! What a great holiday! From the moment a fabulous receptionist Marta greeted us in the hotel with a beautiful smile to our first visit of the restaurant where the tastiest paella was cooked by Sadik and baked goats cheese was presented by Vicky on the bed of watermelon and crunchy salad. The reception manager Toni was always cheerful and jokey. We then were approached by Guest Relations Manager Carolina who wanted to make sure everything was ok. Throughout our stay it seemed there were at least 3 Carolinas around hotel, as she was seen everywhere smiling to guests and giving them advice on how to maximize enjoyment of their holiday. It was obvious that every member of the staff were enjoying working in this hotel and that positive approach made every gust feel special. A great variety of seafood and grilled meats made every meal enjoyable. it is worth mentioning that the hotel is located right on the beautiful sandy rather shallow beach with the great variety of water sports at affordable prices. Special thanks to the extremely energetic animation team who delivered an amazing quiz every day and took part in the evening shows. They kept kids and adults entertained throughout the day with various pool, sports and dance activities. I just want to say thank you to all the team of Iberostar Ciudad Blanca. We will be definitely back!
