馬德雷飯店(Madre)

Che dire è un paradiso .. Location bellissima, relax assoluto, vista incantevole. Pulitissimo. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA un piccolo gioiellino , massaggio relax eseguito con grande professionalità. I proprietari due ragazzi presenti, attendi ma mai invadenti. Marta fa dei saponi ottimi oltre a dei biscotti buonissimi .. Usano tanti prodotti del loro terreno.. Abbiamo pranzato con un piatto di pasta semplice ma buonissimo.. Vi cosiglio anche di provare i loro cocktail..Piscina a strapiombo meravigliosa . Andateci non ve ne pentirete!!!

Madre est un vrai B and B où Marta et Filippo vous accueillent chaleureusement dans leur maison. Le petit déjeuner fait la part belle aux produits locaux et faits maison (fromages, gâteaux et confiture faits par Marta). On sent le soin apporté au moindre détail par Marta qui a conçu la rénovation de la maison. Merci à vous deux et bonnes vacances. Les français propriétaires d'un B&B

Arrivato e già ti trovi in un'altra dimensione con un panorama fantastico unico nel suo genere che si affaccia su una vallata dove si evidenzia collina e mare.... I titolari filippo e Marta persone fantastiche quando li conosci entri in un mondo tutto nuovo dove la natura la fa da padrone, persone che parlarci e sinonimo di credere in quello che fanno te lo trasmettono con passione e tanto amore.. Stanze uniche e piscina fantastica con affaccio sulla vallata...

Struttura molto bella, immersa nel verde, curatissima, vista bellissima. Gentilezza e cura dei particolari. Consigliatissimo a chi di vuole godere un relax senza il chiasso. I titolari fanno di tutto per darti il massimo e ci riescono. Colazione con tutto a km 0. La piscina non molto grande ma adatta alla struttura ti fa da culla mentre guardi il panorama fino al mare

Wat een prachtig gelegen B&B. Na de steile klim omhoog zien we het prachtige Madre opduiken. We worden direct erg vriendelijk ontvangen door Filippo. Deze gastvrijheid hadden we nog niet eerder in Italië meegemaakt. We voelden onszelf bezwaard toen Filippo onze koffer droeg. Zo aardig! Ook zijn vrouw Marta is super aardig. De kamers zijn nieuw, modern en zeer netjes met alle voorzieningen. Het bed ligt lekker en de regendouche is erg fijn. Je eigen terrasje tussen de bloemen met het uitzicht op zee is gewoonweg genieten. En dan nog niet eens gesproken over het mooiste zwembad ooit. Een zoutwater infinity pool met zeezicht. Lekkere ligbedjes met parasol of even relaxen in de hangmat. Wat trouwens on top is, is de service van eten en drinken. Een cocktail of biertje aan het zwembad. Het kan allemaal en helemaal niet duur. Het ontbijt is vers en lekker. Je merkt hoeveel aandacht ze hieraan besteden. Groenten, fruit en honing uit eigen tuin. Als we nog een keer naar Sicilie gaan, gaan we zeker naar Madre!

This year, for the second time, we visited this beautiful place close to Ragusa. This B&B is the great pride of Filippo, Marta, and their daughter Nina. Wonderfully situated in the midst of nature on top of a plateau with a beautiful and expansive view of the Mediterranean coastline. We always feel very welcome here, partly due to the personal approach of the owners. A delightful breakfast made from local products, not to mention Marta's homemade sweets. Also delightful is a nice glass of wine by the beautiful infinity pool, accompanied by a platter of delicious treats like local cheese and finely sliced cured meats. Everything is small in scale, ensuring optimal tranquility and delightful enjoyment. The rooms are modern and comfortable. A good bed, a practical bathroom, and everything incredibly clean. Most rooms also have a private sitting area at the front of the building. For enthusiasts, there is also a lovely spa area where you can use the sauna and jacuzzi. Filippo and Marta always have useful tips on things to do in the area. In the nearby vicinity, there are beautiful Baroque cities to visit. We are big fans of Scicli, a village a 15-minute drive from Madre. Delicious dining there in the evening on the terrace, with nice wines; it's magically beautiful. Ragusa is also worth a visit, although somewhat more touristy. During the day, we liked to spend time at one of the lovely beaches near Madre. Again, plenty of great tips from Filippo and Marta.

This is an agritourism place. Filippo and Marta, the owners, were so wonderful and helpful. Such an interesting place with modern facilities and beautiful landscaping. The breakfast is all homemade even the jams which they made from the fruit trees on their property! Filippo was so kind in discussing our itinerary for the few days giving us very helpful tips on visiting Ragusa, Modica and Scicli - small villages close to their place. I highly recommend staying here. They have such a beautiful place from our room and bathroom to the patio (enclosed when bad weather) where we ate breakfast. Oh and delicious cappuccino as well! Yes we had two each morning:)

Little paradise with hosts who love what they do. Breakfast is excellent with fresh products and handmade cakes, marmalade, fruits from the garden etc. The swimming pool area is unique, with amazing view. Rooms are great, clean, well equipped. Staff were always helpful, and they really have the passion for treating guests the best way they can. We could easily have stayed longer…
