Le lieu est exceptionnellement beau, le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. Néanmoins, la décoration est si sobre qu’elle est à la limite du monacal. Un placard Ilea sans porte dans la chambre, un dénuement exagéré. La région fourmille d’artisans de qualité qui auraient pu être mis à l’honneur tout en gardant une sobriété de bon goût . L’absence de téléviseur est également surprenante . Enfin il y a clairement un manque de personnel. Lors d’un de nos petits déjeuner nous sommes partis après avoir attendu notre café plus de 20 minutes. Le tarif élevé des chambres n’est pas en phase avec l’expérience malgré la bonne volonté du personnel

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere due giorni indimenticabili presso Pieve Aldina - Relais&Chateaux nel cuore del Chianti, e non posso che esprimere la mia più sincera gratitudine a tutta la squadra per l'accoglienza e il professionalismo dimostrati. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e cortesia da una receptionista, il cui sorriso e disponibilità ci hanno subito fatto sentire come a casa. L'intero staff di Pieve Aldina merita un plauso per la professionalità con cui ha curato ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno. Dalla pulizia delle camere alla qualità del servizio in sala, ogni dettaglio è stato gestito con una precisione e una cura che raramente si incontrano. La struttura stessa è un'oasi di pace e bellezza, immersa nei panorami mozzafiato del Chianti. Le camere sono arredate con gusto raffinato e offrono tutti i comfort moderni, pur mantenendo il fascino autentico della tradizione toscana. Ci Torneremo di sicuro!

From start to finish, our stay was perfection! Every detail was so thoughtful, and every single staff member was friendly, professional and eager to help.The front office manager, Justine, provides and elegant and attentive service, together with Beatrice and Elena from the front desk. Our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We really appreciated the typical products as welcome amenities on our arrival. The Restaurant, le Rondini, was a special treat.. there are really swallows inside :) Daria, the manager has created a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious. It's absolutely a place for foodies! Last but not least, the spa is a real gem. It feels like a home away from home. It will be our go -to Hotel in Chianti from here on! Francesca & Alessio :)

My stay in Pieve Aldina in Tuscany’s Chianti region was enchanting. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this charming haven exuded rustic elegance. I mastered pasta-making, explored Montepulciano’s storied streets, and indulged at the Prada outlet. Warm hosts and exquisite Tuscan cuisine made this journey unforgettable—a spiritual retreat blending serenity and adventure.

Staff seemed a little confused and disorganised. Chairs throughout hotel very uncomfortable. I was surprised to find so many Zara Home elements in our room. Very noisy aircon in room 18. Pumps just outside the room gave me staff entrance vibes. Bad soundproofing between rooms. Fabric on sun loungers were stained.

Un lungo week end per ricaricare le batterie, per gustare il silenzio di un posto magnifico arricchito da cibo semplice ma di ottima qualità e da un personale che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Un piccolo viaggio che porterò nel cuore tutta la vita… e non vedo l’ora di poter ritornare. Lo consiglio a tutti… non potete lasciarvi sfuggire la beatitudine delle bellezze del Chianti in una location da favola

Estuvimos en Pascua 2024 con familia, niños y un bebé (8 pers en total). Un hotel nuevo y de tamaño perfecto (22 habs) para sentirte como en casa. Un lugar idílico. Una arquitectura e interiorismo muy cuidados con gran armonía entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo. Un jardín precioso. Una gastronomía típica y a la vez refinada. Un personal maravilloso. Sinceramente, una experiencia única en familia que no olvidaremos. Gracias sobre todo al personal y en especial a Daria, Noemi, Victor, Mattia y Director.

We had the most wonderful stay at Pieve Aldina! We were visiting Tuscany for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and everything about our stay here was excellent. The hotel has been open for less than a year so all of the facilities were in perfect condition, and the setting in the Tuscany hills was just beautiful. We had booked a junior suite, but the hotel was not full so we were upgraded to a spacious and lovely suite. The rooms were a mix of modern furnishings and old world charm - very well appointed. We had dinner one night at the hotel which was very good, and the breakfasts were also very nice. What made our stay extra special was the fantastic staff. Beatrice and Justine at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of - they gave us excellent recommendations for local wineries (and booked us visits with short notice), and great suggestions on local villages to visit. Daria in the restaurant was also wonderful. She was very welcoming to us at every meal, and she arranged a champagne toast for us on our anniversary day. Fabio the general manager was also very kind and friendly. He checked in on us throughout the stay. We loved this location in Radda - it was a short drive from many great wineries, local restaurants and villages, and it was just beautiful. We will definitely return.
