No breakfast the room was not cleaned Right rug had stains on it

Its not your regular Ramada but the front desk lady is awesome.

Let me start by saying, each and every time you leave your room you will need to get a new key. And if your lucky, you may only need to go back down to the front desk once or twice. However, if you are disabled, DO NOT Expect to be treated any differently. Especially if the disability is a mobility issue. If i had to give a percentage on how many times my key did not work, I would have to say 90%. First i was on the first floor way down 2 very long hallways. Then i was moved to the 4th floor. Which, again, my key only worked 10% of the time. Very inconvienient for a disabled woman.

Room was in need of maintenance. Most drawers had sliding issues, shower head needs replacement, alarm clock and phone not operational. They did offer to switch rooms but our stay was short and we already had unpacked.The positives were good refrigerator, microwave and continental breakfast was enjoyable.

Our room was horrible everything was missing from the room no iron, batteries in the remotes, coffee pot in our coffee maker and our phone didn’t work. I mean it wasn’t even connected and couldn’t find a connection. The area around the hotel was scary and the exits were marked incorrectly so we ended up walking out into a alley where funny things were going on. Our neighbors yelled all night one of the nights. The worst thing when I brought that to there attention they really didn’t do anything to try to fix it.

Hard to believe Ramada puts their name on this property. So much in disrepair/worn out, poor layout, basic comfort elements missing/unusable. Deck door wouldn't lock, holes in curtain, hallways cold, room was cold and no heater and no blanket on bed or available. No wall plug for coffee maker. Fire system battery alarm beeping.

I realized going into my stay here that I was paying a lower cost. As such the fact that the couch in the room was dated didn't really surpise me in room 329. However, the bottom of the bathtub appeared to be all covered with plaster or concrete. Also the cord for the coffee maker had been repaired/spliced and was not taped up with electrical tape which would have allowed it to look slightly more professional if it had been done.

The room checked into was horrible. First when we walked into our “ Non Smoking” room it smells like cigarette smoke, bed linen had cigarette burnt holes. Then go to turn on AC and it’s loud and does not blow cold air. Went into restroom to check it out and there was long hairs hanging from the hair dryer. Beds were very uncomfortable. Spoke to front desk they offered to switch room, next room we checked smelled just as bad. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN….

Floors were dirty. I asked for two more pillows which never came. The breakfast was only bagels and cold cereal.

staff not friendly very dirty parking lot heater and air not working room keys needed to be reactivated every day had to ask for towels every day room was very dirty rooms need to be updated old looking in a bad area alot of homeless walking around pictures of hotel very misleading free breakfast wasnt even worth giving a chance because of dirtiness of Hotel elevators very small
