More to motel than hotel, but rooms are clean, overall still great.

預訂的人必須先到達飯店，因為即使您提供預訂房間中其他人的姓名，他們也不會允許他們在沒有您的情況下辦理入住（即使您提出要求）。對我們來說幸運的是，我們住在三樓，因為電梯在我們住宿期間正在維修。飲水機沒有熱水或冷水，所以飲用水是室溫。毛巾效果很好。這是一張舒適的床。水壓也不錯。從飯店步行片刻即可到達巴士總站和購物中心。我認為大樓的水療中心是一個優點。

Prime Location. Near to almost everyone. Transportation accessibility 24/7 Clean Rooms Friendly and accomodating staff

The front desk officer named Rose was terrible. She doesn't have good manners as if she is not working in a hospitality kind of job / environment. She talked to you with her arms on her waist as if she is scolding a child. However in fairness, although the hotel room is old but it was clean and well maintained. Although the lavatory and bathroom are very small that it was very difficult for me to maneuver inside, but it was very clean.

Had a comfortable stay here before my flight. Good location near malls and resto. Mrt is just a few walks away. Room is very clean. Toiletries is provided. You need to ask for a fresh ones everyday though. Theu also offer breakfast.

The place is very convenient. You can ride a taxi or public utility vehicle just outside the hotel. Staff were corteous as well. Water is also provided . Water station is located along the hallway. You can fill the pitcher provided in the room. Towels are worn out and really old which you can immediately judge by its color.

Great hotel! I was amazed by the hospitality and generosity of Fersal. We made a wrong booking but they assisted us with the amendment and all. The place is near everything - convenience store, restaurants and such.

Nice to hotel close to Araneta Cubao

I made a booking on behalf of a friend named Faivo Bartolome but did not arrive. When I call Fersal Hotel and the CRO if I can refund the payment they say it was not refundable. So I decided to use the room however the front desk say that it's a guaranteed booking and I need to ask permission from Mr. Bartolome. The issue here is I made the booking and paid for it but I am not allowed to use and modify the name of the guest. Check-in time is 2pm but they passed me from one office to another until they say that Trip.com will call me for the modification. The front desk gave me a number to call but nobody answered until its almost 3:30 pm. I'm already tired from a long trip yet there was no consideration from the Front Desk of Fersal so I decided to walk out of Fersal and booked to another hotel. For Trip. com the guest name should be modified so the payor can transfer names. *********** is still better, I can always make changes in my reservation be it name or dates.

Great stay. Clean room. The only problem we had was the tv wasn't working. No channels

Staff are nice but amenities are limited... TV is terrible as it does not have a good reception.

場所は便利な所です。部屋も清潔に保たれています。しかし、古いかな？残念なのは、冷蔵庫もなく、せまいです。

lobby was superb and the front desk was everything i needed 🥰🥰🥰 rooms are ok, clean and well lit. its just the comfort room was too small and doesn’t have a smart television but its not a big deal cos they have strong wifi connection and i have my macbook with me. Will book again.
