喬治湖溫德姆蔚景飯店(Wingate by Wyndham Lake George)

Séjour de 3 nuits pour des petites vacances en famille à Lake Georges hôtel correct, la chambre était spacieuse et propre mais nous avons vue de petites fourmis dans la salle de bain rien de bien grave mais tout de même. L’équipe de mensonge fais pas les chambres chaque jour mais nous propose des serviettes et article de base tel que papier de toilette au besoin. Le déjeuner est très tôt dommage pour les lève tard rien après 9 et très peu de choix de nourriture contrairement à d’autres hôtels du même genre. La piscine était d’un froid glacial mais bon ça rafraîchit lol. Le personnel était très sympathique

Au check-in la madame était très expéditive. Donne zéro renseignement (ex: heure de service pour le déjeuner, heure de piscine, heure du check-out) La chambre était sale, surtout la salle de bain. Sérieux le robinet du lavabo était propre mais celui de bain n`a pas été nettoyé cette année... Nous avons été déjeuner vers 8ham la nourriture est bien mais tout était sale: comptoir, table, chaise, appareils de cuisson (gaufrier, toaster) son seul point positif: l`emplacement; facile d`accès et près de l`autoroute.

A l'hotel il on pris 200$ en cas de dommage dans la chambre sans nous avertir Personne a la reception pour nous repondre Doit chercher l'employer Toujours en attente pour le remboursement du 200$

The room itself was okay, but there were several problems. When i went to make a cup of coffee, the coffee maker still had stale water in it. On the website, it shows pictures of a continental breakfast with cereal and what looks like waffles when in fact they give you a bag with a two pack of mini muffins, a sunny d, and an apple, which in my case was rotten. I had absolutely no hot water in the room at all so i couldn't take a shower. Als, when i grabbed the first towel to take a shower it had a brown stain on it. I have a reservation booked there for saturday but i am definitely cancelling it. Thisxwas the worst i've ever seen for a hotel and i will NEVER stay there again.

It looked like the hotel was just renovated. But you could tell so it was our first reservation. While inspecting the room, the mattresses were thin and only had a top sheet on them. This is not sanitary. Normally mattresses are covered in a plastic sanitary cover. Though we still decided to stay, the beds were completely uncomfortable. We left the next morning and told the front desk we were checking out a day early.

Room too dark not enough lighting. Exhaust fan not working. Hallway smells like food. Breakfast 3 containers of sausage with total of 5 patties. All juice drinks are watered down. Coffee is not good enough to drink.

Overall was a nice experience, however the beds weren’t that comfortable and you had to run the water for about 30 seconds because of their filtration system it starts out yellow.

This hotel boasted a jacuzzi room which we wanted since I was deploying. We used the tub the first night and ended up with brown bubbles and gunk on our towels. We cleaned the tub our selves to be able to use it again. We found bug carcasses in the bathroom and dry wall screws protruding out of the ceiling too. There was no fitted sheet on the bed either, just a flat sheet over the piss pad. The breakfast was lacking. Not a large spread for the price we paid.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very helpful and made it easy to feel at home... we'll be back again.
