Les Lofts Dorchester - PAR les Lofts Vieux-Quebec

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

Déco, confort, propreté et accessibilité irréprochable. Exactement comme les photos du site web. Communication facile malgré l'absence d'agent d'accueil. De loin ma meilleure expérience d'appart hotel. 🤩 (Pour être plus que parfait, j'ajouterai de la documentation sur les activités à faire à Québec et alentours.)

Les lofts Dorchester sont une très belle alternative à l'hôtel pour un séjour à Québec. Toutefois pour un séjour prolongé, il y a un gros manque de rangement. Nous y étions en famille pour 1 semaine. Aucun tiroir ou rangement pour les vêtements. Seulement 3 crochets par chambre... Donc il faut garder en tête que vos vêtements doivent rester dans vos valises... pas pratique du tout... Pour le reste, c'est très bien. Très propre et les unités sont bien insonorisées entre elles. Dernier point si vous sortez en soirée, c'est un quartier très chaud avec bcp d'itinérants. En journée pas de problème par contre! Nous y retournons peut être, mais pour un court séjour seulement (cause du rangement).

Grand loft spacieux très confortable, lumineux et bien équipé. Le service est excellent et très rapide, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée en soirée et on me l'a changée le lendemain matin. J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait un sèche-cheveux et un fer à repasser sur place comme je voyageais pour le travail mais de façon très compacte. L'emplacement dans Saint-Roch et tout près du Vieux Québec est idéal, à deux pas d'épiceries, cafés, restaurants, librairies, etc. ainsi que plusieurs lignes d'autobus qui s'arrêtent pratiquement à la porte de l'immeuble. Les deux petites choses qui auraient pu rendre mon séjour encore plus confortable auraient été d'avoir plus de rangement pour les vêtements dans les chambres et aussi des plats pour ranger les restes de nourriture dans la cuisine. J'y retournerai assurément pour mes prochains séjours à Québec.

Près des transports en commun (arrêt de bus à 50 m avec accès direct au Vieux Québec). Proche des restaurants et commerces (boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché, librairie en face pour les tickets de bus). Logement très propre. Isolation phonique excellente.

Hall d’entrée accueillant, très joli loft, soigné et très propre ! Très belle décoration. Oreiller et matelas confortable. Salle de bain d’une propreté exemplaire. Rien a dire c’était parfait ! Je recommande à 1000%, nous reviendrons sans problème. Merci

Superbe logement. Lits très confortables. Logement très propre. Bien équipé. Quartier très intéressant. Stationnement payant à 100 mètres. Ascenseur, facile d'accès pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Cuisine très fonctionnelle. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité.

Très beau et grand loft. Bien localisé. Belles grande fenêtre. Localisé sur le boulevard Charest donc naturellement un peu plus bruyant mais personnellement j’ai très bien dormi. Le loft gagnerais à être équiper de linges pour essuyer la vaisselle et d’un espace de rangement pour les vêtements. J’y retournerais toutefois sans hésiter.

Vraiment bien! Propre, tranquille, sécuritaire et facile d’accès. À distance de marche de la gare centrale. Transport en commun super efficace et à la porte! Plusieurs bons restaurants, épicerie et pharmacie à proximité. Je recommande.
