尚普蘭閣樓 - 魁北克老城閣樓飯店(Les Lofts Champlain - by les Lofts Vieux-Quebec)

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans un décor de rêve. Le loft est très bien situé pour découvrir le Petit Champlain. Lit confortable, belle cuisine, tout équipée! À refaire pour un plus long séjour.

La toilette arrêtait pas lorsque je partais la chasse d’eau .. j’ai du l’ajuster, et les lattes de bois entre la cuisine et la chambre était plein de poussière… et la laveuse a linge est vraiment dégueulasse .. le gasket de caoutchouc est tout sale.. plein de bactéries et mauvaise odeur … Samuel doit pas être fier

Emplacement parfait, studio très propre et vraiment bien aménagé.

In our room n° 56, there are no wardrobes, only two drawers. From the ceiling a hidden fan makes noise until around 9pm, then it turns off and you can sleep if you want. There is no plastic mat in the tub and it slips easily. The manager mr Alexander promissed to provide. All the guys at front office are kindly, helpful and nice.

Amazing location. Very comfortable property, well appointed. Very quiet, even though it is in a busy area. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Bed was comfortable. We had a few hot days and the A/C worked great. Parking was about a block away, it was also convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

It wasn’t clearly indicated where to put in the code. We had to call multiple times to know the code and where to enter it. The thermostat didn’t work below 74. It was so warm all night we barely slept. For that price it wasn’t worth it

This would be my second choice in Old Quebec. Nice and comfortable. Only suggestion is to have blinds in the bedroom because they have an area that has ‘slats’ and open to the kitchen allowing light in. I would still stay again for the ‘right price’

Great location

My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights and relatively enjoyed staying here except for one incident that happened on our first night. Having a washer and dryer helped with packing less clothes for a long weekend stay. The location is perfect! We were walking to distance to most of the top tourist sights, food, and love how it empties out at night. Other reviewers have commented on how close you are to the outside and they were not kidding! I completely ignored that, but it actually bothered us at the end. You can't keep those curtains open at all without the pedestrians looking in in your apartment! Its just those gigantic windows and curtains that separate you from the outside. We actually had one scary night, where someone was just punching in random code numbers to open the door! We called it in 2x only to find out that it was one of their new staff who didn't know which door to get into at 10pm! Let's just say that it was hard to sleep after that episode. I would definitely still recommend Les Lofts because I love the amenities and location, but I would recommend staying in some of their other locations still close to the one we stayed at!
