電視上幾乎沒有任何免費頻道可以播放，除了 Netflix 之外，沒有 YouTube。智慧電視未編程。所有的桌面和長椅都髒兮兮的，有條紋。在我們到達之前或住宿期間，浴室地板從未清潔過。在我們使用的 4 天裡，這個小型健身區從未被打掃過。你一走進去，就有人把一罐雪碧和口香糖留在了長凳上，而且已經放了四天了。只有向前台投訴，事情才會得到解決。

I understand that it was a windy day which is why there might of been leaves and a paper cup but a whole table is a bit hard to blow into a pool, looked like it was not a me problem more of a you problem which is why no one took the table out of the pool - which meant that cigarette butts which had been put in the middle of the table came out and floated away with a lot of ash in there too

Will never recommend ibis styles to anyone i know way over priced , staff very unwelcoming and not helpful ,, menu prices outrageous $38 for a piece of steak a handful of beans 2 chat potatoes cut in half ,, $12 for half glass wine $9.50 for stubbie of beer . No haif dryer no toaster no cutlerie no udl milk for tea or coffee no complimentary biscuits , ceiling fan in bathroom hanging out , c air con not working properlie no valances on beds , globe in lamp blown , power points way to low for elderly people like us for my cpap machine , pool area and surrounds a mess , even pictures in room and dininf room all twisted no clocknin room

Previous occupants clothing left in sheets on kids beds. Bunk beds completely off the wall, my daughter hurt self in the gap. Power points blocked so we couldn’t fit iPhone chargers and had to use the power point in the bathroom. 4 year old couldn’t even reach tap in the bathroom. Conditioner was used to fill the hand soap so we had no soap in the room. Breakfast was not worth it: too many people booked and they didn’t not have the facilities or food available to cater. chairs are stained, floors were not cleaned, coffee disgusting. Rips in beds and on floors, they kept the main linen cupboard open and you could see the “clean sheets” all stacked on the dirty floor. No window in the bathroom- no ABC or kids Chanel’s on the tv. No menu for the restaurant or for room service. Ants in the bathroom.

Worst place we’ve ever stayed at. Parking: Had a height limit on exit, but not on entrance. Room: noisy neighbours all night. Fridge not working. Toilet not clean. Handles broken. Window cracked. Rubbish under beds. Curtains dirty and not fully covering window. Cheap and nasty toilet paper. Creaking bunk bed. General: Hallways dirty.

We had a good stay at the Ibis Styles. The room smelt lovely when we entered and the bathroom and kitchenette were nice and clean and pleasant to use. Just a negative about the doona/quilt which was placed between two sheets (rather than in a cover) It had what looked like mould dots on it and it was a bit off putting but I am not the type to complain so I didn’t raise the issue when we were there. Also had trouble with the TV and aircon. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

We have stayed here many times whenever we come to Canberra and you can see the condition of the property is getting old and weary and badly needs a refresh. The room 301 we got has ripped carpet, wonky shower glass door that i’m so afraid of breaking it. We still enjoyed the stay mainly the staff service is still excellent as always, but the rooms really need a refresh.
