I Like the pool and the trails did not like the bed the pillows were like a rock

Beautuful place to stay very convenient to have pet friendly suites and the kitchen came in handy. The restaurant is good and the staff is great

We stayed there while visiting family. The property is naturally beautiful with access to the beach walk. The restaurant staff was friendly and efficient, and the suite had everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool, hot tub or gym, but they all looked well maintained and inviting.

Overall location and included amenities if you have time to use them are very good. I think you are rented rooms from a time-share pool, so the rooms have lacked updating you would expect at a commercial resort at this price point

What a wonderful experience really recommended for people with pets, and without pets such an easy access to nature and kids activities. The pool was amazing outside pool in October

Had a lovely time. Lack of breakfast at the restaurant was a deficit. One of the front desk people was less than happy to be there. The other two were great. Will be back.

I have stayed here before with my son and grandkids and we had a great time, lovely place. I just stayed on my own and let me tell you... IT IS NOISY. I was awakened at 6am by neighbours, the walls are paper thin. I thought at first there was something going on outside until I realized I could hear everything from my neighbours, on both sides and above me. If you value peace and quiet this is not the place for you. Great for families though. I know both sides of the same coin.

It was like going to a resort in Mexico, however one small thing is would be nice to have breakfast options, otherwise you have to go into town for food.

The property is gem sitting so close to the ocean. The property has so much potential! Lovely setting and building structure. The property needs some updates. Please consider installing ice machines which are accessible to guests. Also property landscaping and grass areas need some attention. Having a family game bocce ball area in front of rooms isn’t ideal.( noisy) No shampoo or soap in rooms. Some rooms have robes others don’t. Love the location near ocean and trails and also easy access to Parksville. Consider having breakfast at your restaurant also maybe open Mondays too during busy times. It would be nice to have food available each day. This resort has potential to be a favourite family destination yearly.
