Super Ausstattung in der Unterkunft, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment, Pool klasse für Kinder, kleiner Spielplatz und Minigolf. Für Familien eine tolle Anlage.

Way too much smoking everywhere. Property is quite run down although the unit we stayed in was clean. Would not stay again.

Despite having already paid an exorbitant amount in points and money for this room when we arrived they claimed we hadn't paid taxes and claimed more money before we could check in. First property we've ever booked with points that claimed that at check-in. Quite the grift. Also, we booked a motel room but were put in what they called a side-by-side. No AC. The mini golf is in terrible shape. It was not particularly enjoyable aside from the pool.

I have stayed at Riverside many years in a row and always found it to be of great value. You never paid much and did not expect much. The pool and property is great but the rooms are not great. Old cheap pillows, uncomfortable beds and the rooms smell like stale smoke. They have been painted and surfacely redone, but are definately aging. None of this mattered before I was charged $500 a night. For this price I expect my room to be serviced daily and nevessities topped up. I had service come by and replace towels, but not the coffee, sugars, dish soap or bathroom shampoo conditioner, soap etc. I received the usual "we are short staffed" comment, which I understand but st $500 a night I expect more!

The room was renovated and was nice. The courtyard was completely unacceptable renovation are still on going and the courtyard was littered with old appliances spread randomly. There was building materials lying around. There was new appliances on 2x4 runners which where a tripping hazard. We had to gather and clean the patio furniture. There was pressure washing going all day every day through the weekend and past business hours. I specifically asked if there was a pull out bed and there was no it was a standard couch.

The room stated is slept 4. The sofa was actually a futon that was broken and wouldn’t lay flat. There were stains on the sheets. The power went off in the middle of the night but there wasn’t a screen on the window to leave it open with bats flying around outside.

the newly renovated areas need AC in plus 30 weather desk fans are not appropriate new renos are poorly done and flooring is already coming up couch was falling apart and pleather pieces were everywhere
