酒店距離woodbury outlets開車17分鐘，16英裏的車程。如果去outlets購物還算是比較方便。酒店提供早餐，典型的美式早餐。住過大部分的同類型酒店早餐都很相同。住過很多家Holiday Inn，感覺整體的衛生條件不如萬豪旗下的酒店。牀品的質量不太好，感覺很舊。室內空調的霉味很大，好在紐約很舒適，索性關掉空調。牀墊很軟，彈簧晃晃悠悠。僅僅能算作國內的如家之類的級別酒店。

非常不錯的入住體驗，交通方便，房間寬敞明亮，清潔衞生，居住舒服。

Came on a bus trip to visit several sites in the Hudson Valley. Had a prior meeting with Asst. General Manager LEAH NEWTON to work out details. She was terrific and we communicated before the trip.I booked 58 rooms for a 2 night stay Our group was not disappointed. The hotel was wonderful, extremely clean and well kept, staff was excellent. Breakfast is included in the room cost. Nothing ”gourmet” but very good overall. Nothing but compliments from our entire group!

If you are staying in this area this is the hotel to stay at. Very nice and clean. Rooms are all updated and modern. Staff is exceptional. Jessica was very helpful and accommodating. Good breakfast and they have a bar which is a plus. There is a very comfortable and large lounge area with fireplaces and TVs. Wish they had a hot tub but pool was nice. Very warm. We highly recommend staying here!

Ms TAVIA since December 2023 has made me and my family's stay phenomenal as we look for a home take care of education,on business and our distant travels. She is the best manager at a extended stay or any hotel I have ever been to!. The assistance and work ethic goes above and beyond the call of duty. She makes things happen for your good within your interests and for the most comfortable she can despite what things may sometimes look like. I and my family want to extend her the biggest Blessed thank you and wish her and her family Blessings as well.

It's the staff that make this hotel. Great stay. Room was nice quiet and clean. Breakfast was the usual Hampton fare. Breakfast room was clean and well stocked. I will say the breakfast attendant had zero personality. No worry I heard on my last day that it was her last day there. Other than her the front desk staff was super. Very efficient, personable and freindly. Ms. Catherine is great and also Mr. Carl. Indoor pool is nice, although water is a bit cool. Plenty of free parking. This is also the first Hampton that has dark roast coffee still a number of Hampton's have done away with it. Also they still give the mini bottles of toiletries. Few complaints though. Housekeeping could be better. At this Hampton they only service rooms every other day. Not great when you stay four days. No clock provided in room. My friends had to get wake up calls. They were told the clocks get stolen. No just the hotel being cheap and cutting coners just like in the bathroom the showers only have half door. Why?? this should not be allowed in hotels. I was told hotel will be remodeled soon although I am not sure it needs it. Final tip rooms facing the front do get some road noise from I-84. Not bad but might bother light sleepers. When staying here in the future I would take a room in the back. Also thank you Mrs. Catherine for accomodating early check in. Look foward to returing to the area again soon and will stay at this hotel.

check smooth and friendly but the breakfast coffee really can't acceptable hope can improve.
