Loads of problems: -Some room are too warm even with a fan on 24/24h -No shared bathroom into the whole building, only the one in your room. -Free Tour are basically a way to bring you to a bar where you suppose to wait for 20 minutes and you’ll finish staying more than an hour, they would probably get a commission for that. -Heard stories about people working there getting into your room during night without a proper reason. -No Kitchen, No Hot Water Pros: Good view and Interesting building

The rooms and bedding are literally covered in mold. There were four of us in one room and my friend noticed some mold under her pillow case, so we all took our cases off and the pillows were COVERED in mold. The blankets were also all moldy. The fact that the staff change the pillow cases every day over the mold and allow people to sleep on them is so careless. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone that cares about their health because clearly the staff doesn't.

We arrived in the middle of September, so the start of the season, but the Madpackers Hostel was NOT ready. First of all, the staff was not friendly and not helpful at all. They didn't welcome us, just asked us to register and sent us to our room. We decided to discover the hostel, so went upstairs to the rooftop which was described as "lovely and peaceful". Upstairs we found a rooftop which was rundown, dirty and not welcoming at all to sit down. As we hadn't touched anything in our room yet or used any of the facilities, we asked to cancel the booking and if it was possible to get a partial refund. Keep in mind the place was as good as empty, so we weren't "blocking" a room from other possible visitors, but all he said was "sorry we can't do that". Further, there was an overall weird atmosphere in the hostel and the road to get felt rather unsafe. In conlusion: don't stay here! Unfriendly staff, dirty rooms and shared spaces and the pictures don't match the place at all!

Staying at mad-packers pushkar was a highlight of my trip to india. The hostel has a great community feel, with plenty of opportunities to meet people and join in on activities. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooftop terrace is amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Mad-packers pushkar is hands down one of the best hostels i've ever stayed at. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are great for meeting fellow travelers. The staff is super friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local attractions. I loved the evening activities they organize, which made it easy to connect with others. A must-stay in pushkar!

Can absolutely not recommend this place. I made an online booking with the property and wanted to change the dates of arrival. It is impossible to reach anyone responsible regarding an inquiry. Phone number leads to a hotline leads to the reception who cannot do anything related to your booking. E-Mail address - nobody ever replies despite multiple emails. On the booking platform they just reply to the platform but not to customers. I ended up paying twice with the property refusing to refund me.
