It has been a great stay at zostel Pushkar. ***n was specifically very helpful in all aspects. He suggested me great cafes and places to visit. Entire staff was very cooperative and helpful. Highly recommended!

Over priced and over rated in a very sad area.. Been to 190 countries and counting, this experience was the worst, unhelpful staff, off location and very over priced. No hostel tours or walks, no shops to get water around, stay at badi basti Please book a hotel instead

I was here at zostel pushkar for one night from 18th 19th April 2023. It was my perfect choice to stay one night in pushkar. Atmosphere is Pleasently here, good people working here with smile on face, Neat and clean rooms And clean Beds in Shared dormatery. Neat & clean washroom, good Air-conditions. A very good Swimming pool here. Can Say A perfect Choice. Vijay Gautam, Jaipur.

Zostel Pushkar has beautiful interior and most importantly it is the first zostel in India. How interesting it is :) First of all the waiting area is so colourful and when you go inside there is beautiful common area with TV and snooker table. Pool is clean and painting is nice. One of the best thing is you will get the amazing working station for people who wants to work from the hostel. Zostel ***ager Mr. Vijayvant is really nice person and made us feel like a home. Great hospitality and cozy vibe. If you are looking something cool at Pushkar. No wonder if you book zostel for your stay.

I visited Zostel Pushkar by chance for a weekend & somehow ended up staying 10 days (still it wasn't enough :D) No doubt it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences of my life. A home away from home, that's what this place truly is. Amazing vibe, culture, facilities, food, cleanliness you name it and everything is on point. The whole credit goes to the very hard-working yet humble ***agement team that looks after everything & makes you feel like one of their own. Suraj Bhai (A true gem of a person), Vijayant Bhai (Leader & an excellent singer), ***ish (aka Vasuli Bhai) and Harish Bhai are the driving forces of this property. I met some very interesting travellers & artists here. Also, got the chance to be a part of the famous Pushkar Holi festival ***** with the Zostel pool party which surprisingly became my best-ever Holi to date. Can't wait to visit this place again. My memories with zostel pushkar are amazing ones and the credit goes solely to the cordial staff and ***agement, especially Mr. vijayant . The nights full of music and dance, having fun by the pool, great food as well as the friends I made there during my stay will always be close to my heart.Overall a fun experience, totally worth it !

I was visiting Pushkar and opted to stay at a Zostel because I had been following Zostel's advertisements on Social Media platforms and thought to give it a try. The way they keep advertising a fun stay, is absolute nonsense in real life. I will first try to explain how ZOSTEL PUSHKAR's building is designed. There is a lobby on the ground floor, and the building has maybe 3 floors on top of that. The lobby area is like a well if overlooked from other floors, meaning, you can see the lobby from any floor. The lobby is at the center and rest of the floors are on top of that but surrounding it. Sort of like a typical Indian hostel. Maybe you will get a better idea of what I am saying if you look at the pictures they have on their website. I reached Zostel in the morning and I had booked a Deluxe room, and it turned out that the room had NO ventilation. Absolutely zero ventilation. There was one window which was facing the INTERIORS of the zostel, so facing the corridors, which is absolutely useless because you cannot open that window or else everyone walking by can look inside your room. This was just the beginning of my horrible stay. The other guests were enjoying over loud, hammering music all day. I did not object it as I thought that they will at least stop in the evening. I couldn't be more wrong. The guests never stopped their music which they were playing in the COMMON AREAS of the property, and they were never asked not to either. This nuisance lasted till 12:30 AM. I could not sleep because of such noise. Also, around 11 PM, The ZOSTEL STAFF started bursting crackers because it was Diwali. That lasted for so long that I had to go down and ask them to stop ASAP. At 1 AM, THE ZOSTEL STAFF tuned on to a TV SERIAL, on the Television that is located in the center of the lobby, at FULL volume. I could not take it anymore, and I barged out of my room, loud enough that they would here me. They turned down the volume just after looking at how furious I was, but never turned the TV off. After this disturbing stay, I booked a room at a resort for the next day and left. I do not suggest staying at Zostel Pushkar.

I would normally not leave a bad review. But this was my third visit to Pushkar and this being my least favorite experience bc of Zostel. And maybe i am only writing this bc i care about these businesses and to wake up the people who work there…. the customer service was overall non existent, anything and everything i ask for never happened - Coffee, water, wifi, food, a car to take me somewhere. These are basic things when staying at a hostel/hotel. It was a bummer. Ill be back to Pushkar but not Zostel.

We had a wonderful time at Zostel Pushkar. All personnel was incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially, the owner gave us a lot of helpful insights about Pushkar and even drove us to the bus station for free. Thanks very much for everything!
