Nice Hotel with good quality food, location was good hotels ambience is nice, staff of hotel was good but need to improve, but restaurant staff was very polite and helpful provided tasty and healthy food

The decor is older and very unique. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. They offered help with taxis, camel rides, etc. They were easily accessible and very friendly.

This is so nice hotel ...in near lack in pushkar ...I m going to there In August that Time all city is so beautiful...nice looking...pushkar is holy place ..I m enjoying there too much..hotel staff is cooperative..and loyal nice receptionist..narendra...

It was a great experience staying here. The staff is very supportive and humble. I would rate hospitality 10/10 .. Room size was good for my family's stay. It was very neat, clean and was ready before I reached. Location is amazing and very near to temple and market area. Breakfast served was hot and good. Anything special if one needs can be ordered. would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pushkar ..

Clean rooms, good location, staff happy and helpful. Only criticism is that reception asked my guest for another deposit on my second day. I had already paid for one nights full stay in cash upon checking in. My total booking was only for 3 nights in total. I was very unimpressed by this, as very unprofessional in my opinion. I addressed this upon checking out this morning, no apologies given , just a matter of fact well it's how we do thing's!!!! So please be aware of this as I was very embarrassed that they deemed it acceptable to ask the none paying guest for payment.....

Disappointed with the overall experience. Disappointing with ******* as well the ***ager first shared a bill of Rs. 6151 with food. After this they realised that I booked the room from ******* the the final bill I paid is Rs.10131. I paid double the normal rate for the room by *******. I’ll not recommend this app to any of my family and friends and will not use this for any future booking.
