Maintenance was worst food quality terrible we don't expect this types of hotels in make my trip waste of money

Hotel manager's behaviour was rude and hotel condition was worst. If their is any option to give minus rating then i choose only that option.

Hotel rupashree bangla is a modest hotel. Clean room and a little view of bay of bengal from the window. Food served in the hotel was tasty. Overall all nice and cosy stay in this hotel.

Hotel situated quite far from swargadwar. Almost kms from the puri station. The rooms are average. Window glass was broken. They don't change the bedsheet on daily basis. Need to request them for change the bedsheet. Washroom is 5ft x 5ft, quite small. No balcony available to dry the wet clothes. Food is average. Management is not upto the mark. Booked through makemytrip, charge was too much high. It was rs 17000 approx for 5 nights. Hotels are available near swargadwar which is lower rate and good hotel.

Kabhi nhi jana. Koi option nhi ho to b hi nhi. I am tour friendly person and never ever seen such a terrible mis management. Describe krone ki jagah nhi h so. Remember

little bit need to check washroom's cleanliness before anyone's check-in .. otherwise everything is good 👍

Wifi wasn’t working, neither the tv, the door’s lock was so hard to put, in total it wasn’t as i expected

The hotel people are not that responsive. The room is not spacious. No maintenance for the rooms. Not worth its money. No lift. There is a garbage dump in front of it. This causes many insects to come into the room during the night. Ac doesn't work properly. The bathroom are dirty and stained, are not hygienic. Towels, soaps, etc are not given after repeated asking also.
