Un lieu unique hors du brouhaha de Punta Cana, loin des hôtels alignés l'un contre l'autre. Un service exceptionnel, aux petits soins et une conciergerie hyper efficace et rapide. Une variété de restaurants différents, un tennis et padel et le tout accessible en vélo ou en voiturettes de golf fournies avec la réservation. Un personnel souriant, sympathique, joyeux, adorable, efficace. La chambre très jolie et toujours propre. Excellente qualité des lits. Plage calme et tranquille. Merci à Jonhson, Gregory, Leandro, Jojo et tant d'autres pour leur efficacité et leur sourire, à Niko de la Yola qui a été exceptionnel pour l'anniversaire de notre fils et à Antonio et Winnifer pour leur gentillesse et efficacité extrême.

No podríamos haber elegido un mejor sitio para disfrutar una semana en familia. El servicio y la alegría de todos los empleados es de admirar. Recomiendo este sitio a todo el mundo; no se van a arrepentir de su decisión. Merece la pena, es un lugar increíble y la gente todavía más.

las instalaciones son excelentes y el lugar es realmente paradisiaco para el que busca un lugar distinto, con poca gente y personalizado. Las Villas son espaciosas y con una vista increíble. El servicio es bueno, aunque podría ser mejor dada la categoría del hotel, pequeños detalles que mejorarían la experiencia

Es un maravillloso y pequeño resort, repartido en 13 villas, con un personal de servicio increíble , atentos, y muy profesionales, haciendo del sitio una espectacular experiencia. Lo recomiendo con la misma pasion que me trasmitió todo el staff, sencillamente adorable

They do a LOT of spraying here with awful chemicals that are banned in all other developed countries. They spray pesticides inside the bushes and the roads and even on the people. They'll spray right on top of you if you're in the wrong place at the wrong time. We tried to enjoy the cool evenings to bike along the complex but found ourselves covered in insecticide by this huge van the puts out a huge white cloud of pesticides. My wife and children and I had headaches and sinusitis for the entire stay. The mosquito spray stuck to our clothes and inside our nose. It seemed like a mix of kerosene and the atrocious spray of RAID insecticide sprayed onto the tourists. We spoke to the staff, who said that they had been doing this for years in order to kill mosquitos. But there are still mosquitos. What I did not see, were bees or butterflies. It's a pity that they have to damage our health and nobody cares. It's quite ignorant to think that a pesticide that kills insects won't kill other living things. All synthetic pesticides harm human health. Why don't they find another way without making us sick or poisoning everything. Overall this ruined our entire experience, as we felt poisoned.

Tortuga amerita 5 ⭐️ en todas las posibles dimensiones..Excelentes instalaciones, menú, cava, limpieza etc..lo más resultante sin embargo es el excelente equipo humano que desde la llegada se dedican con esmero en hacer la estadía memorable. Diana, Valentina, Alfredo, Alexis todos.. embajadores, capitanes , maitres etc todos continuamente nos sorprendieron con detalles y se anticipaban a toda querencia .. sin duda volveremos..
