Overall the place is good and could have been better if the below things are kept in mind by the hotel management - 1. Pols change the type of oil used for cooking, it's either the coconut oil or the oil that is used is too old (when the oil is used for deep frying something and then reused for cooking, the tastes is bad) 2. Noodles over boiled 3. For breakfast, medu vada batter should be well fermented one or else it turns out to be very hard. 4. Pool table has a broken strike stick tip 5. Recreation room room smells very bad around noon due to the lawn filled with stagnant water. Good things- 1. Clean rooms 2. Good service 3. Multiple breakfast buffet options and the presentation 4. Clean swimming pool 5. On time check in overall good place

We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!

很不錯的酒店，酒店規定不準收小費！此外酒店的烤串是當地出名的，預約晚了都沒有位置！就是早餐還是不適應，印度的酒店早餐也不能要求太高！多吃雞蛋吧

嘿嘿,所以孟買-班加羅爾高速公路上的蘭花酒店,位置不錯,但無論如何都不是五星級酒店,很大的地方,但我會說更像三星級。沒有什麼可以真正抱怨的,但他們肯定能在景觀美化和清潔方面做得更好。

酒店出行、服務、清潔各方面都挺好，朋友房間放了小費還有毛巾摺疊成各種照型，但是我們房間就沒有，自助早餐很豐富……
