房間很大，有庭院，有一點小馬代的感覺，但沒找到吹風機。餐飲不錯，味道OK，食材新鮮，略貴於其他附近餐飲。服務還是比較熱情的，尤其是早餐的現點餐飲服務員工，非常熱情主動詢問是否有需要order的餐品，主動服務難能可貴，感受很好。但前台服務比較敷衍，看似熱情但不解決問題，去到等了很久沒有人主動告知可以入住，去到前台詢問，幾個談天説笑的女服務員才笑笑説現在ok了，離開時也是因為前台安排等待water taxi錯過了船班，明明我們已經很着急多次詢問，前台都告知沒有問題，船經常會遲到的，我要求他們打電話告知船公司我們還未上船，估計也是沒有溝通，很無語，對顧客的服務不應該衹是在表面熱情，希望能真正為客人解決問題，而不是製造問題。

I stayed at Bubu Villa for my family trip - with my wife and 2 teenagers. Bubu Villa is well located at the end of Long Beach and it is one of the best places to stay in Pulau Perhentian. The staffs were very friendly, facilities were well maintained, the food (both the breakfast and grill-dinner) were great as well. I would surely stay here again and I do recommend Bubu Villa to others who are looking for a premium place to stay in Pulau Perhentian.

Nice hotel , perfect location and friendly staff , the breakfast is amazing and the kitchen staff prepare whatever you want . The furniture of the rooms is old.

我想提供一些關於花園別墅和海洋別墅的信息，花園別墅比海洋別墅好得多，它有私人庭院，離大廳有點遠，更私密和安靜，但海洋別墅靠近餐廳，不是私人的，花園別墅的住所要經過海洋別墅才能到達他們的房間，而且它甚至不是海濱，沒有私人庭院，所以客人無法打開窗簾看風景🫣應該是半價花園別墅但是比較貴😑 廁所和浴室沒有門，但可以看到花園。 這些東西都很棒。 👍🏼 食物是島上最好的，但總體來說很一般。 與 Firus 一起浮潛真是太棒了。😝 一切都很完美，我強烈推薦這間別墅。🫶🏻

所有員工都熱情好客。他們都非常友好和樂於助人！訂的是園景房，非常完美。房間及周圍環境寬敞、安靜、平和。雖然與其他住宿相比，食物價格相當昂貴。位置位於長灘的盡頭，這裡的人群也較少。

非常酷的小度假別墅，與普通酒店不同，非常放鬆且經濟友好

位置很好，因為它位於長灘。旅遊區。前往夜間景點最方便。這是停泊島最好的度假村之一。然而，與其他酒店、度假村或地方相比，它的價格相當高。其他地方以相同的價格，你可以獲得頂級的設施、景觀或服務。總的來說，這也是一個度假的好地方。享受！！是啊..;)

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Bubu Villa. À l’occasion de mon anniversaire, l’équipe m’a gentiment permis de bénéficier d’une villa encore plus agréable, ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Le personnel est tout simplement formidable : charmant, attentionné, toujours aux petits soins tout en restant discret, jamais envahissant, mais toujours présent quand il le faut. Cette qualité de service, humaine et sincère, est sans doute ce que je retiendrai le plus de cet endroit. Les villas sont confortables et charmantes, parfaitement intégrées dans un cadre naturel magnifique (attention toutefois cela n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles mais satisfaisant). Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux (où le chef nous prépare des mets à la carte en direct est un luxe), et les dîners sur la plage restent un vrai moment de bonheur. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Am not a in house guest but The world cafe @ Bubu Villa always be my first priority to go for food whenever I’m in Perhentian island but I’m quite disappointed with the bad and unprofessional experience that I had encountered during my latest visit which is on 1/5/2025 dinner time. I had ordered a gnocchi prawn and Gin&Tonic. Everything was fine but yet until I received my Gin&Tonic . The Gin&Tonic served in a whisky glass which is not same as I ordered before whenever I having my meals at The WorldCafe. So I tried to reach out this matter to the floor staff because its not worth it with the price “RM45.00/glass” but the answer Mr Peter gave me is so unacceptable and doesn’t make sense at all. Mr Peter told me “ We used this glass because of ice?! If use the rock glass, the taste will faded when the ice melted” I tried to argue with him and finally he agreed to change it back to normal glass as before. BUT when he send the Gin&Tonic back to me, HE LEFT A WORDS. “YOU WILL KNOW WHY WE USE THE WHISKY GLASS” . So unprofessional the staff was . A big minus for me .

Sicuramente il miglior resort che puoi trovare alle isole Perhentian. Per gli standard Malesiani e considerando che siamo in un isola i servizi che offre sono ottimi. Colazione super con pancake, French toast e qualsiasi tipo di uova fatto al momento da chef italiani. Personale gentile unica pecca check in e check out con qualche attesa e incomprensione… almeno nel nostro caso. Super ì cocktail!!!! Mi manca già il mio Frozen Margarita vista mare tutti i pomeriggi alle 16:00. Consigli la struttura!!! ❤️

Todo fue perfecto! La atencion del personal, las cabañas, la playa. Está ubicado en la parte más tranquila de la Long Beach, con reposeras y palapas para los clientes del hotel, el restaurant pegado a la playa sirve una comida riquísima. Un sueño. El traslado desde y hasta el aeropuerto de Kota Bharu fue tambien excelente. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía.

Accueil et service au Top, avec une cuisine exceptionnelle ! Je recommande. Surtout un grand merci à WAQAR le cuisiner qui a su nous régaler!! Une plage incroyable et propre , la chambre magnifique en plein dans la forêt……………………………………………..

一切都很完美，飯店員工、花園別墅、餐廳，當然還有美麗的島嶼。所做的一切都是為了讓我們感覺良好。每天都會進行客房清潔。我們將非常高興地再次來這裡。感謝 Bubu 團隊
