蟲子和蚊子很多，所以一定要記得關好門。房間裡有一張大床，但有一張單人沙發。房間不大，比較小。 泳池配有 2 張躺椅，可俯瞰廚房區，配有 4 人餐桌和一張沙發，讓您在炎熱的天氣下放鬆身心。 電視品質很糟糕。工作人員表示，他們將派一名工程師來處理這個問題。但是問題沒有解決。工作人員在退房時向我們道歉，只告訴我們，這個問題只能透過徹底改造電視電纜之類的方法才能解決。 早餐是菜單式的，不是自助式的。動物們在大院子周圍自由漫步。

户外的衞生間很有特色，房間挺大的，安靜花園很漂亮，早餐也挺好的，出門有不少小吃便利店整體都挺方便的。

不錯的酒店，不錯的地段。餐廳很好。領土上有烏龜、鷓鴣，池塘里有很多魚。整個區域被綠樹環繞。非常放鬆的酒店。真正放鬆的地方。

An oasis of calm and beauty a short walk from bustling Kuta town. The resort is small, beautifully looked after and has a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful plants, a pond, tortoises and Guinea fowl. The food is excellent, service is great, we will definitely come back.

Prima hotel, kamers (kleine huisjes) zijn gesitueerd in een prachtig aangelegde tuin met veel groen en schildpadden, siervijvers met koi karpers, heerlijk zwembad met ruim voldoende ligbedden. Huisjes goed ingericht, goed bed en zeer ruim met enorme badkamer. Service en personeel van een uitstekend niveau, we maakten tot volle tevredenheid gebruik van de massage-mogelijkheden en de was service. Goed ontbijt met keuze mogelijkheden, ook goed ingericht restaurant met lekkere zitjes met ditto keuken. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zeer goed.

Merci au personnel pour ses attentions et son professionnalisme Les chambres luxe sont parfaites accueillantes propres. la douche extérieure est un pur bonheur. La piscine agréable avec un service bar au top. Le petit déjeuner : un choix large et de qualité je me suis régalé. Le restaurant un peu plus cher que dehors mais excellent. Dans cet oasis de douceur nous flirtons avec des pintades et 7 tortues indonésiennes . Une expérience très agréable pour un rapport qualité prix excellent On est sur du haut de gamme

We had an amazing stay at Jivana and absolutely recommend this place. The staff were very helpful, super friendly and professional at any time. A wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner is offered and everything we ate was beyond delicious. The campus is a green oasis and beautiful wherever you go. We had a massage and a yoga class which we recommend as well.

Prachtig aangelegd resort. Geweldig zwembad met bar. Restaurant is goed, helaas weinig gasten aten hier. Wij hadden een villa met private pool, echt een aanrader!!

This really depends on your budget and expectations / standards. The staff are very friendly - the ones I interacted the most with were Aje, Dedi and Diwa - extremely helpful and pleasant. There is an open bathroom which invites unwanted guests. One one evening there was a Tokay gecko lizard near the base of the toilet. This was a bit bigger than my hand. Nevertheless these lizards can be a hazard especially if they latch onto your arm (hard to get off) or bite you. 4 staff came quickly and removed it. Still it left me uneasy for the rest of my stay. I kept all my amenities in the bedroom. Cleanliness - the net curtain (mosquito net) had blood stains on it and the deckchairs surrounding the swimming pool were all dirty and had stains on them. The restaurant is small and there are nice but limited choices over breakfast. If you don't like eggs, then you'll have an even more limited choice. The staff are very friendly - some are untrained and have very limited English. I am learning Bahasa Indonesian but I'd make sure you have google translate ready for words like "without" The rooms themselves need some maintenance as well. You need some welly to lock and unlock the front door. The air conditioning in the bedroom is loud and on full-power (and by the way, you need this switched on if you want a hot / warm shower). And you need it switch on otherwise it gets very hot and lizards start finding their way into the room. For me, this is at best a 3 star hotel.

Best value for money with a 5 stars service in the heart of Kuta Lombok . This hotel has comfortable rooms with spacious showers and very comfortable bed . The restaurant food is delicious , the pool area very relaxing and the staff is so kind and helpful . Special thank you to the director Aji for an incredible stay and All the amazing restaurant staff , Rina , Eli , Lenni .. we will definitely come back . Terima Kasih
