Encantador! Era como llegar a casa. Súper cerca de la playa y la acción, al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo! Lleno de detalles que denotan que está hecho y atendido con amor.

The pool was very enjoyable and the property is situated in a nice quiet area away from the choas but close enough if you want to indulge in the fun the area has to offer. Great food options in the area and Marcella was the perfect host. Bathrooms are a bit small but the showers are great with strong pressure. You will not be disappointed in choosing ZonaZ boutique. ***Theres a hotel across the street that has a great happy hour with a rooftop deck where you can catch the sunset.

Housekeeping wasn’t included and there were dogs constantly barking. My wife didn’t notice the dogs but I am a light sleeper. Beds and sheets were very good. Staff very helpful.

Excellent customer service and easy of communications with the staff. Location is very clean and spacious. The room is very colourful and excellently decorated. Able to walk everywhere, whether the beach or the restaurants, and even Centro, is only 15 minutes away max. Other amenities include pool and onsite spa services. Highly recommend this hotel if you come to Puerto Vallarta.

For the price a lovely hotel with a good size room in a quieter part of town with easy access to beach - hope to come back

Beautifully decorated suite that felt like home. It was clean and had all the amenities that elevated the comfort level. I loved the area we were in and the proximity to great restaurants, the beach, the Malecon and great rooftop bars! We’ll be back again soon and if not, we’ll be definitely recommending this accommodation to friends and family. Thank you Siggy & Mark!

It’s a nice place to stay in Zona Romantica. It’s on a quiet block. The cafe just around the corner is nice for breakfast, and they are also open late. Easy to walk most everywhere in Zona Romantica and Centro. It’s up on the hill, but there is a lift if you don’t want to walk the stairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Puerto Vallarta. ZonaZ is in a great location and we got all of the information we needed about how to get from the airport to the hotel in advance, and plenty of tips about the area when we arrived. Would absolutely book here again next time.
