Private beach, food awesome and many surprise arrangement for hurst in hotel love it, first ever trip

El servicio al cliente es malísimo en general; desde la recepción, te bostezan en la cara, les cuesta trabajo encontrar tu reservación, no hay bell boy que te ayude con el equipaje, y si se te ocurre ir a los restaurantes tratan de disuadirte para que te vayas al buffet. El servicio en la piscina es malo. Dos meseras y una hostess son las únicas que puedo decir que me trataron muy bien.

Nos se nos permitieron la entrada al restaurante Frida en todos los dias de nuestra estancia, el motivo nuestras hijas, llegando mucho antes de las 20:30 hrs y solo noa dieron largas hasya de 1 hr de espera y desgraciadamente vi que habia mucho lugar y nos mandaban al otro restaurant eso me dejo mucbo que desear

Limited direct sun in pool area as property faces north. Direct sun on roof patio but at an additional cost if $700pesos per person/day. VERY unsafe beach - high violent surf and steep grade on beach with wicked undertow. Food is awful and I’m not a picky eater - caters primarily to Mexican tastes. Hotel and rooms very nice and very clean

The Grand Park Royal was an acceptional resort. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the entertainment was amazing. The staff was interactive, polite and helpful. It was very obvious they were there to ensure the guests were happy. The food was alway fresh and creative, from taste to display. There was entertainment off and on all day for a mix of people from young to older, and from interactive to entertaining. Just to mention a few crafts, music, water, and a variety of shows. I would recommend this resort anytime!!!

There’s no sun all day until late the afternoon. The entire pool are is in shade completely until 2pm. Kids club literally sucks. Food was ok nothing special. One week I felt the heat the same food over time. Stuff was really good. Nice people and very helpful. The ocean was great.

Las instalaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir del lugar, eventos para cualquier interés, diversión, integración, varias opciones de restaurantes, muy limpio, la atención del personal es muy buena aunque en algunas personas se notaba el favoritismo por el turismo extranjero Fuera de eso excelente y por supuesto que regresaré

My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Grand Park Royal Vallarta. We got 2 beach view rooms. They had beautiful views, comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that they need more deck chairs— especially in the sunny areas.
