En el bar redes tienen unas limonada súper ricas y todo es muy natural el miky mause que tienen también es super rico y la cerveza que tienen esga súper ricas y agradecer a e equipo de entretenimiento Naomy Andrés Iván y Liz son super amables las actividades que tienen como el futbol en la playa y los juegos locos que tienen son buenísimos

Muy buena atención y gran variedad de platillos en el buffet y sin hacer fila para disponer de mesa.las habitaciones el clima estaba excelente enfiaba muy bien el cuarto.La piscina la cerraban más tarde disfrutábamos mas tiempo y podíamos llevar el snack a esa área.

Excelente trato del personal , En especial HORACIO y los animadores con las actividades familiares. Kari Alexander Andrés ( Así es... Así es ) Mauren Jessica Gill Bebidas , juegos, musica,volleyball de todo .

Había estado en este hotel en marzo pasado, la verdad todo excelente. Sin embargo regresamos en mayo de este año y ohhh sorpresa el buffet muy malito desayuno, comida y cena. Me imagino q la razón habíamos puros mexicanos!!!. La vez anterior marzo 2023 la mayoría eran canadienses y el buffet excelente, 2 meses después el 97% de la ocupación éramos mexicanos y las cosas cambiaron radicalmente. El hotel tiene q poner atención en este punto. La atención del equipo de actividades muy bien en especial Mau y Kari. La habitación bien en cuanto a comodidad y limpieza.

Me la pasé de maravilla, el servicio muy excelente y jari de actividades super excelente, la comida muy rica, los empleados con muy serviciales , mi habitación muy bien, las albercas muy bien. Todo excelente Volveremos en noviembre.

This hotel has a great location--close to the city center. Also, the staff were accommodating. And if you like children you will enjoy all the noise and commotion of local kids in the main pool. Another plus is the meals. If you love Mexican food you will find 80 % of the items in the buffet are Mexican dishes. The unimaginative dishes made with cheap ingredients allows the hotel to charge less for the rooms. Also, if you like exercise you might be lucky enough to get a room in the annex across the street. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach using a cross walk, elevator and stairs. Be sure not to forget anything in your room you might need during the day. The pool lounges are very easy to use, They have only one setting. Seriously though, the entertainment was the highlight of our one-week stay. However, we will spend the extra money and stay at a newer hotel next time.
