帕爾馬別墅海灘度假村及水療中心 - 全包式(Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa - All Inclusive)

Nos encantó el Hotel, en plan todo incluido no se arrepienten!!! Comidas y bebidas excelentes y de muy buena calidad, muy rico todo. El servicio siempre fue excelente y fueron muy amables durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda alguna vamos a regresar mi familia y yo👌♥️

El personal muy serios como molestos y muy mala atención especialmente los meseros

Me encanto la propiedad la pase super bien con mi familiar, solo le falta mas actividades de noche

Muy bien! Sólo que hay poca gente atendiendo la recepcion y el trámite del check-in es super tardado.

We chose the resort because they had pickleball courts. Met lots of friendly players. Meals were good. Seemed expensive but we went all inclusive. Great beach location with nice sand. People get up at 5 to reserve chairs at the pools. Crazy! People say resort is going to be torn down next year to build a new one. So no major repairs will be done. 1 elevator was not working while we were there.

The service was great and everyone was very attentive and kind. However, our room was a little beat down. The mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable and there were definitely not enough outlets for devices or hair styling tools in the bathroom. The food was just OK but I understand they cater to a certain demographic who don't necesarity care for real Mexican food.

Our group was treated very well whether on the beach, at the restaurants, or at the sports bar! The servers Vicente, Eriberto and Rodrigo went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs! Nice and friendly!!

The activities were fun and the staff was excellent. They worked really hard to make sure our stay was great.
