蒙特港阿巴總統套房公寓飯店(Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt)

Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt is in a prime location with the board walk across the street. Beautiful water views and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant which we had breakfast and dinner with windows all around. Bonus was the pool with amazing views and we had the place to ourselves, it felt like a spa! The only negative was that our room was on the corner where the bus stop was so it was noisy, only when the windows were open. Other than that, would Highly recommend!!

Hotel antiguo pero bien mantenido, limpio, amplio y muy buena atención. Siempre volvemos porque su gente es amable y profesional. Tiene un restorán con una vista espectacular y muy buen desayuno buffet incluido en la tarifa. Quizás lo único sería alargar en una hora más la posiblidad de cenar ya que a las 21:00 hrs se cierra la cocina.

Lo bueno es la ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones y buena atención. Hay que tomar en cuenta que la relación precio calidad comparado con otros hoteles no es tan adecuada. Las alfombras de la habitación están bastante desgastadas , al igual que las cortinas black aut que incluso están receebajadas, en la habitación que me tocó la tenia hidromasaje que no funcionaba y estaba con óxido además no dejan nshampoo y menos aún acondicionador. En la piscina los ventanales del costados estaban sucios por lo que no se puede apreciar el lindo paisaje por completo y uno de los artefactos se los baños tiene todas las marcas de sarro por el agua. Es una pena porque la aindraestrucrira es muy buena y quienes trabajan allí muy atentos.

El hotel no está mal, la atención fue el problema. Este personaje Nicolás de recepción fue la única persona grosera q me crucé en Chile: displicente y básicamente contestaba a todo elevando una ceja y dejando claro q pensaba q eras un tonto, poco colaborador... En resumen, alguien q no debería trabajar en atención al cliente. Hay muchos hoteles y los Chilenos son amables, vayan a otro lugar.

The outside of the hotel did not appeal to me at all. The inside is very nice. Parking can be difficult. One of my party has Celiac disease and cannot each a lot of items. The restaurant was very unhelpful and told her she should have called ahead for items such as rice cakes etc. Also the menu does not accurately show non wheat items or dairy.

Very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price we paid. Reception staff were not very friendly. This hotel is highly overrated. Carpet in the room was full of stains and bubbled in areas. There was black mold in the corners of tub walls. Hotel is very old and needs refurbishing.

The Puerto Montt abba Hotel is on the water front designed around an interesting nautical theme. It was clearly built many years ago, but has been well kept and is very comfortable. The staff is exceptional with their knowledge of the area and help and guidance in answering questions. The included breakfast has a nice variety and is served on the 8th floor restaurant with views of the surroundings. Some of the rooms don't have the best views, but overall it is a good value.

Una excelente estadia y eso que solo estuve 1 noche, el personal excelente todo bien. 10 de 10.

Fui con mi familia por 7 noches, dos habitaciones eramos 5 personas. EXCELENTE SERVICIO, la limpieza impecable, nos entregaron todo lo extra que solicitamos, las habitaciones amplias, camas cómoda y limpias, baño amplio, limpio y cómodo, tenia una mini cocina, y funcionaba perfecto. El personal de recepción 10/10, amables y accesibles, no tuvimos problemas de ningun estilo. Lo recomiendo muchisimo, a pesar.de estar en calle principal, no se escuchaba nada de ruido, nuestras habitaciones daban al mar y la calle principal. Solicitamos servicio de traslado, llego a la hora y la camioneta estaba limpia. El restaurant todo exquitiso y de primera, los desayunos y el almuerzo excelente mucha variedad. Saliamos temprano y no alcanzabamos el horario, asi que nos iban a dejar el desayuno en la noche. La verdad todo lo que pedimos lo tenian. Pd: se cobra en dolares, era la primera vez que viajaba, asi que por eso puede ser que desconocia que al momento de llegar allá te cobran al valor del dolar de ese día, no cuando reservaste. Puede que sea error de primeriza. Fuera de eso 100% recomendando
