哈瑪德里亞山林小屋飯店(Hamadryade Lodge)

Me comunique por WS con el telefono publicado en el sitio web, queria info de disponibilidad para unas fechas en particular, primero se les da la info necesaria y si o si se debe dar el nombre, para poder recibir la respuesta de falta de disponibilidad con nombre y apellido. 1 es necesario que me digan fulanita de tal no hay disponibilidad y 2 luego al decirle que para darme esa respuesta no necesita mi nombre, recibo un jajaja que educacion! Terrible terrible, como cliente uno espera directamente y rapido la informacion que necesita y luego tener una respuesta de este tipo de un hotel de este tipo deja mucho que desear de quienes atienden su numero de WS. Seria de revisar o dar clases de atencion al cliente a quienes trabajan con Uds.

La pasamos muy bien mi pareja y yo, nos atendieron muy. Hubieron muchas actividades divertidas, todo fue muy puntual y los cócteles muy ricos, la comida excelente, para mi el mejor Lodge de la amazonia

En un entorno espectacular el hotel es fantástico. La atención muy cuidada personal súper amable. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que desee vivir una experiencias única en Ecuador. Merece la pena hacer excursiones por la zona

Super séjour passé aux portes de la Jungle amazonienne. De superbes activités, et un personnel incroyable. Maeva est très sympathique ainsi que toutes les personnes rencontrées durant le séjour. Merci à vous tous, je recommande Hamadryade Lodge

Hemos pasado 3 noches en hamadryade Lodge todo incluido, quizàs los mejores lodge de la selva de Ecuador. Las cabañas son cada una increíble, lejos del lobby, lo que te da intimidad con una vista hermosa por la selva. La jefa cocina verdura y carne local con mucho sabores. Me encanta este tipo de cocina original y regional con una mezcla de cocina francesa. Pueden venir acá los ojos cerrado

Thanks to staff in the resorts, they all very kind to us and plan for our dinner and breakfast very well.

Beautiful accommodation with stunning Amazon views. I had primed myself for insects (this is the Amazon after all!) but the rooms were fine, even at night. Impressive. The staff, especially Pablo and also Natalie were extremely kind and helpful, answering numerous whatsapps before and during the trip! 10/10 hospitality from both! The only area for improvement would be the fact that the manager’s guard dog (we didn’t meet the manager) literally chased my husband, growling and barking, on our way to lunch. We like dogs as household pets but this dog displayed very aggressive, reactive behaviour that was frankly frightening. Whilst it is understandable to keep guard dogs to ward off predators/protect the property, we feel it is inappropriate for this type of dog to be roaming areas where guests inhabit with inadequate recall, including the food preparation area. I believe 4 guard dogs roam around at will. We were also concerned about the on-site semi domesticated monkey that also chased us (we were keen not to be bitten). I notice that the manager has responded defensively to feedback of this nature in the past but I would urge him or her to reflect on the comments rather than dismiss guest experiences. There is no need to get rid of the dogs but they do need to be under control or out of the guest areas.
