Fuimos en Enero 2024. Es la segunda vez que vamos al Hotel, la primera en Febrero 2019, era impecable, ni una queja. Volvimos por este motivo, resulta que el baño es un asco de sucio, los bordes de la pileta naranjas y la mampara con manchas y el jabón de los huéspedes anteriores, las toallas raspan de viejas que son y manchadas también, el agua de la ducha sale hirviendo o fría, no hay término medio. La pintura en la pared toda manchada. La habitación, debajo de las camas tremenda tierra y pelusas, el resto relucía. Las sábanas sin elástico y arrugadas, las almohadas sin cobertor, las frazadas con olor a viejo y grasitud. Colchón matrimonial hundido, nos quedamos 6 días y tremendo dolor de espalda. La cocina donde preparan el desayuno, está afuera al aire libre. Obviamente no hay heladeras en las habitaciones asique compartis una con demás huéspedes en zona de recepción, hay hormigas caminando por las paredes, la cocina para huéspedes es compartida sólo para lavar los utensillos que ensuciaste, también llena de hormigas. El desayuno medio pelo, la pileta está babosa y con moho. Baños compartidos asquerosos de sucios y sin papel higiénico. Muy, DEMASIADO descuidado el hotel, falta mantenimiento. Una pena que lo hayan dejado venirse a abajo. Destaco que se puede dejar la valija y qued**** en espacios compartidos si tu vuelo sale más tarde y vos ya tenias que dejar el hotel. También la atención en recepción.

We used this hotel as part of a visit to the Iguazo Falls. When you arrive the hotel looks nice but unfortunately it is only skin deep. The check in process for our group of 13 couples was unbelievably tedious and made so complicated by the hotel itself. Once we eventually got our room key the disappointment hit. The corridor carpet was absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere - not a good start! Once we entered the room it was like going back in time. The room was big and furnished in dark wood that looked like it was installed in 1970. The air conditioner was mounted on the wall and all the electrics were hanging out. Not sure that would pass a safety test. The bathroom was big but again it looked like a 1970’s install. The shower just had a nozzle that had no holes in it so the water just poured out in one lump. Overall it was one star at best. The restaurant was dire with no one understanding English which made everything quite difficult. We ordered dinner and waited and waited and waited. Eventually the food arrived which was lukewarm - my wife returned her burger and told them to not bother with a replacement as she had lost her appetite. Breakfast the next morning was also pretty dire with a weird selection of food. All in all this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in! My advice would be to find somewhere else if going to the falls.

The hotel is in a funny location, nestled amongst houses in what is a completely residential neighbourhood. But, it's a pretty easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town, where there are plenty of places to eat. The guy who checked us in was lovely and spoke very good English, which was helpful for us, but he was sooooo incredibly slow! We had a driver from the airport who dropped us to the hotel, and then was going to take us back to the falls. She waited at least half an hour while we dropped our bags and registered. (As it was early, and as expected, the room wasn't yet ready). The roof top pool was nice with views, particularly as a storm blew through, but it was a funny colour. Our room was a decent sized triple, and was ok. It was clean enough, but the room and bathroom both felt dated despite the hotel not really appearing to be that old. The lifts felt a bit dodgy though, and were often out of service, and the cooling in hallways and some other public spaces was ineffective to non-existent. Breakfast was included, and again was just ok. We wanted to stay close to the centre of town, and this hotel ticked that box at a reasonable price. There are probably better options a bit out of town with a more resort-type vibe, which is not what we wanted. I wouldn't rush back here, but it served its purpose for this trip.

Great hotel. They’re working on remodeling some rooms but it never interfered with our stay. All staff that we interacted were very nice and attentive. We were lucky enough to get a courtesy upgrade to one of the suites and it was awesome. Room was clean, tidy, and super comfortable. Thank you!

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

Had a very good experience overall at Falls Iguazu Hotel and Spa! Great amenities overall, rooms were large and comfortable, and I really like the vibe of the hotel - nice and roomy and quiet overall. And the staff provided excellent service, especially the contracted drivers and front desk. Yeah
